I felt very safe, secure, and welcomed in this shop and that's a huge plus. I also bought a few bags of coffee that was on display and it was literally the best coffee I have had in a while my husband took a bag to work and it was a huge hit ! Some items were gently used, where others have had brand new tags still on them! The staff is helpful in finding just what you're looking for. And then later when our babies out grew the baby needs, I returned them to here and they resold the items for me! My youngest is 19 now but up until just a few years ago, we were still shopping here for his jeans, winter coats, shirts and shoes. They have lots of sizes to choose from and he was a big kid!

I'll fast-forward to say the entire experience was superb!! First I called their customer service line to inquire on their pre-lit wreaths. I was on hold for about 30 seconds. The rep answered my questions and made me feel more secure. I placed my order, immediately received an emaiconfirmation, and got a tracking number within 2-3 days. The packages arrived within a week. Upon initial inspection I quickly realized they've got quality products. This isn't your Lowe's or Home Depot stuff people! Unfortunately as I opened up the box of wreath decorations I noticed one of the ornaments broke during shipping. I quickly called, spoke to a rep who took my info and created a ticket. I was even able to submit a picture via email to show the damage. I was told I would hear back from someone shortly. Being a bit skeptical I thought I'd never hear back and would have to go back and forth but I'm very happy to report that was not the case. I got an email about 5 biz days later advising a new ornament was being shipped and a tracking number was provided. If you're looking for quality holiday home decorations look no further.
