I was misled into coming here based on their high ratings, but the reality was shocking.I paid thousands of dollars with the dual goal of lifting and volumizing my cheekbones, while also filling the smile lines near my mouth. Instead of using a thick, structured filler appropriate for bone and deep structural support (like Voluma) in my cheeks, the injector used Juvederm Volure for the entire treatment. Medically and anatomically speaking, Volure is a soft, highly flexible filler designed exclusively for superficial lines around the mouth. While it successfully filled the smile lines near my mouth, it completely failed in my cheeks--yielding zero lift, zero volume, and leaving my face completely sagged.To make matters worse, during the consultation I was told I only needed 3 syringes, but after they got my money and the cheeks showed no results due to their wrong product choice, they switched their story and claimed I needed 10 syringes! This demonstrates either a severe lack of medical expertise or a deliberate financial exploitation to empty their inventory at the client's expense. This was a total waste of money and the worst experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.As a final piece of advice: real-life experience is the ultimate proof, so do not be fooled by high star ratings! Make sure to read carefully about the types of filler and which area each type is designated for before making the decision to get injected.

He confirmed that he cannot do this. - she promised a response within 2 weeks, otherwise I should call her. I did not get a response until I called 2.5 weeks later and the response was then handled via email. - she couldn't answer questions regarding the pre-auth that their office requires (my insurance does not require a pre-authorization) and needed to consult the billing office. This is fine except that it took multiple attempts over phone and email for me to get a response back. In the end, I didn't have my procedure done with this office due to their inability to work with my insurance (BCBS PPO). However, I'll admit that my up front experience made me nervous enough that I was already looking at other options. Bummer--Geldner seems good at what he does!

I don't write negative reviews lightly, nor do I write a lot of negative reviews which is why I felt it was important to share my experience. I sure won't be coming here again. First off the vibe was just really off , however I chose this practice because they were advertising a neurotoxin special, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I went to see Chennel on June 24th 2026. from the initial consultation, the pricing wasn't as straightforward as it appeared online. Once I arrived, the cost kept increasing based on additional explanations and calculations that were different from what I expected from the advertised pricing, as well as Chennel ''encouraging'c me to purchase xeomin instead of Dysport. The biggest issue, however, was my follow-up appointment. I originally had a Wednesday afternoon follow-up scheduled 2 weeks later, but I had to reschedule it due to work so I had to make appointments later in the day. We rescheduled my followup for Friday at 4:30 PM , now mind you, because I have OCD I am extremely meticulous on dates and times I HAVE to be especially with work, and I always repeat myself over and over when making appointment dates and times ,several times before ending a phone call to make sure everything is correct. I specifically confirmed "Friday at 4:30," multiple times. Currently as I write this review their office says Friday 9 a.m to 5 p.m., however she said they don't work later on Fridays. When I arrived that Friday, the office was locked, no one answered the phone, and no one was there. After calling the following day, I called and spoke with Deeana who was very nice, and we confirmed for me to come in at 12:40 PM on Saturday since Chennel didn't show up on Friday. What happened during that visit was the most upsetting part of the experience. Instead of acknowledging that a scheduling mistake may have occurred, I was repeatedly told by Chennel that she would "never" schedule a Friday evening appointment because the office is closed and she doesn't work nights. This wasn't said once--it was repeated over and over while shaking her head, despite my explaining that I had confirmed the appointment multiple times during the scheduling call. Being repeatedly told, in essence, that my recollection couldn't be correct was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Rather than feeling heard, I felt dismissed and that an owner had to argue with me at her own practice, when I say literally argue shaking her head angry it was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of the conversation I was visibly distressed, and instead of working toward a resolution, the discussion continued to focus on why the appointment supposedly could not have been made. I was very unhappy with my results. During my initial appointment, I was told to come back in two weeks and that if there was still any movement, she would make adjustments. That was presented to me as the purpose of the follow-up. Based on my prior experiences receiving neurotoxin treatments elsewhere, that's also been the purpose of two-week follow-up appointments. However, when I returned, I was told that any additional units would be an extra charge. That was never explained during my initial appointment, so I was surprised to learn there would be an additional cost The treatment did not provide the improvement I had hoped for, which added to my disappointment. It's pretty obvious her and I won't want each other to be returning, I will stick to the plastic surgeons office I trust while doing accurate follow ups. Also the office can respond below and say I made this up about the date and time, but don't buy it, let her argue and make up what she wants. You will be happy elsewhere
