To my dismay, I was duped by Statefarm and immediately called Eddie. He was gracious enough to go through numerous quotes and found me an affordable policy in less than a 10 minute phone call. I want consumers to be aware that this company overcharges a lot for insurance just for being an agent/broker. In my case they were charging over $60 more for the same insurance I could get directly from the provider. I have canceled them and went straight to the insurance company instead. I'm now paying less and getting a better insurance than before. Also they have poor follow through. They were suppose to call me a month ago and never did. Eddie is where i started out with , he was quick, fast and had a solution to my problem. Getting confused for me is easy, however he was able to guide me through it , and then Teresa helped explained to my Better half.
