I still never received answers since last year that are very important to my business, like, about obtaining a VAT ID. Last year was a nightmare for everyone and I excused a LOT of problems but, this is ridiculous. If you don't need anything done by a certain time, aren't trying to buy a house, like to get ghosted while trying to communicate and get dropped a month before your tax appointment, call them.

I was very happy with our last agent, but as time goes on and life throws more curveballs at us, it's incredibly apparent that Jake is an exceptional individual in his profession. Without going into great detail, Jake was able to review our home and auto policies, provide suggestions on where we could save money, identified where we were underinsured, and ultimately ended up providing us with far better coverage than we had before. He has a way of explaining the "why" behind many of the policy options and considerations, and puts things into perspective that allow you to make proper decisions.
