He gave me honest as advice when it came to things like offers and negotiations, and he helped me make the best choices when it came to those. Matt also has a number of connections and made multiple referrals during the buying process and even after. All on those served me very well. He is very familiar with Louisville's housing market, which also came in handy. While he is very serious about his work, we also had plenty of laughs (like when we visited saw a bathroom with a toilet on each side of a single tub).
