The closing was within 30 days, and simply could not have been smoother. Stacey as well as another associate Shelly were always available when any questions arose during process. The closing went smoothly as well, and Stacey even showed up for that which I appreciated. Then 1 month after the closing I was dealing with a situation with my new Mortgage company due to a property tax re-eval I asked for. Not fully understanding what the mortgage co. was telling me, I reached back out to Stacey and Shelly and ask if they could look at the documents concerning the matter. Shelly was right on top of it and shared the problem with Stacey as well. They reviewed the documents and had questions as well so they did a 3 way call with me and the Mortgage co.
