I was desperate to find a doctor that would see…read morethat I was a concerned mother in need of someone who would continue my son's prescriptions for asthma inhalers, without trying to drag me through the mud with accusations of not finding a good pulmonary doctor or applying for state welfare for medical care, mandating additional tests, talking down to me, or playing experiments with my son's care by putting him on the newest/latest drug (or even one that the Dr. got kickbacks on for prescribing). When I spoke to Dr. Samadi, it was surprisingly pleasant. He was straight forward, listened to us, expressed an interest in becoming my son's primary physician (if only I was interested), did not question me on our choice for inhaler, and spoke to both my son and I as if we were intelligent, respectable beings. My son is 13, going on 14 soon. He deserves to be treated with respect regarding his own health, and spoken to in a mature manner. I find often doctors will talk "around" the patient instead of to them, if they are a child, even if they are a teenager. Dr. Samadi did no such thing. We saw a listing of prices before we stepped into the doctor's office, and knew right up front what our expected costs would be. Since my son was having an asthma attack on the spot, during the visit, Dr. Samadi offered a steroid shot for my son, and told me the price up front as well. My husband and I ran the numbers for our finances when Dr. Samadi gave us a few moments alone to privately talk, and we found that we could afford it. As agreed, the price was exactly what we expected, and my son got immediate care. Dr. Samadi provided enough prescription for my son for two months, which gave us enough time to save up the $250 for the first of three visits for doing a thorough physical examination for my son, to make Dr. Samadi his primary physician. Usually, the Dr.'s we've seen will only give my son one month at a time, which means sometimes my son will lapse a week or two if we can't swing the hefty doctor office visit fee. And usually, the doctor is never the same at other places, so we find it hard to know that we can trust who we are dealing with. Plus, we almost always get flack for being "cash customers". He also gave us a prescription for nebulizer treatments since we let him know we have a nebulizer and use it, and in addition to his maintenance inhaler, he gave us another rescue inhaler to travel with us. He really has no idea how handy those were for us, as we had to lapse 10 days because our pay check came in 10 days after my son's maintenance inhaler run out - and we had to use those other treatments to float us through and keep my son well until we could afford to use the refill he gave us on the maintenance inhaler. Dr. Samadi impressed me greatly with his direct way of dealing with us and eased my worries of having to fight with, yet another, egotistical doctor who would treat his patient like some idiot. He did great, and is the doctor my son and I chose together to be who handles my son's asthma needs. I appreciate him and his facility. Today, we go for our first of three visits to make him my son's primary physician. When I can save enough money up, he will also become my daughter's primary physician. Thank you Trinity XpressMed and thank you dear Dr. Samadi. If you only knew what nightmares I have been through with my son and the medical system, you would know why your facility and the way you treated us means so much to us. The first day we visited you, in our distress and panic, thinking our son would wind back up in the hospital again - you have no idea how scared I was, and how incredible good I felt after we left your facility later that evening. I actually cried at the relief of finally finding a good doctor once again. You were kind, gentle, direct, respectful, and informative. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for my children.

Went there for a Workman's Comp Injury and as soon as she walked in looked at my husband and asked if this injury was for assault. Did she not bother to look at the chart to familiarize herself? Insulted, and in front of our two kids as well was beyond unprofessional. I let her know I had video of the accident to help her attend to my injury -- she watches it and then asks "How did you know to take video and photos of your accident?" Well, I guess she doesn't know that most all retail stores have surveillance and um the video was of a monitor and the footage.... I didn't know to record it or take pictures, the store did... this was just an awkward weird moment when I had to realize she wasn't all there. She goes to check my ears and shoves the instrument in so hard the cover got stuck in my ear but she didn't notice, she moved on to the next ear until I told her "Wait, the cover was stuck in my other ear." Then she didn't even check the other ear. She checks my eyes but right now I have a sensitivity to light so I'm blinking a little but she grabs the bottom of my eye to pull it in annoyance and jams her finger in my eye!!! Then says "You can't open your eye? Why can't you open your eye? Okay I'll write you can't open your eye!" It took all my strength to sit there in silence. She has me lay on my back and asks me to lift my legs as high as I can. "Is this all you can lift your leg up to? I told you to lift it as high as you could, why can't you?" Okay I am in here for a concussion and a lumbar strain.... what is the deal with this woman? Then she asks me how I was hit, like was I standing or sitting... didn't she watch the video or listen to me when I told her before. Then she asks if my head hit the sidewalk? No, did you not see the footage -- she wasn't listening or paying attention to anything. She asks are you taking prescriptions? "Yes, the nurse wrote it on my chart." So she just stared at me until I pulled out my emergency room papers to which she goes to copy them. I speak to my family members and decide this is not happening, she will not be treating me because she is incompetent. I walk out to see the nurse and want to see the manager, he goes to get her and the doctor comes back very aware something is wrong. We tell her "We're waiting to see the manager." She says then "I am the manager, I'm the one in charge so you'll have to talk to me." We gathered our things to go and I see the nurse in the hallway and tell him about what she just said and he's like "No, our manager is on her way." The manager was apologetic but really?! Not being treated there by any physician! She doesn't need to be practicing and no one needs to be seen by that woman. I feel sorry for anyone who accepted her behavior and her incompetency!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have been inpatient at Mesa Springs three times…read moreand participated in their outpatient programs twice as well. Inpatient at Mesa is nice. I always felt safe and looked after. The employees were nice and always willing to listen if you were having a hard time. The food is excellent and I always slept like a baby. The rooms are double, so you have one roommate and you share a bathroom with them. You are given a schedule every day that's full of therapy activities and recreation. If you're a smoker, don't fret. You have 7 smoke breaks throughout the day. Dr. Keller is a fantastic guy who really listens and works to get you back on your feet. The first time I did outpatient, I had a wonderful experience. I learned a lot and I liked my therapist so much, I continued to see her through her private practice after the program. The second time I was in outpatient (2022) less than thrilled. My therapist just didn't measure up to the previous year and I don't feel like I learned a lot. Despite that, my experiences at this facility have been largely positive. I've heard some horror stories from other local mental health hospitals, and I'm glad I chose Mesa. From what I understand, this is the best one in the Fort Worth area. And also remember, a lot of people who post reviews about their experience or have loved ones who have been inpatient are going through one of the hardest times in their lives, so negative reviews can be slightly skewed by their current outlook. I would 100% recommended this facility. PS if you come for a psych evaluation, please note that YES, it will most likely be a long wait. Most ERs and psych hospitals do have these things waits. Don't be frustrated. The staff is doing their best to get to you in a timely manner while being thorough with your care. My average time from beginning to end is about 5 hours. Be prepared.

This is the worse place for care! I wouldn't send anyone here!!!!…read moreThe doctors pass their work off onto the NPs and so anyone that wants to discuss about their care they can't because the doctors don't actually go see them. They bully anyone who feels they are ready to leave into making them stay or they will contact the police and have the courts demand them to stay even longer. Family can't call and actually speak with anyone as you have to leave a message and then no one returns a call. If a patient tries to check themselves out they are bullied to stay or the doctor says it's my right to hold you an extra 24 hours. This is the most ridiculous piss poor excuse for care I have even seen! Horrific place and service!

I'm in my mid -50's and made an appointment to come in to talk about my testosterone levels and see…read moreif I might eventually be a candidate for testosterone supplements. This ended up becoming the most unprofessional experience i've ever had a medical office. After an extensive wait (40 minutes out front, 30 minutes the back ), I finally had a visit from "Ms. Kelly." She proceeded to give me a hard time about not having had a regular check up in a few years. She then asked me an extensive lists of hobbies and was dismayed that I was not into any of the ones she listed. She acted like I was being a difficult, sulky child when i was there to talk about testosterone. Finally, she showed me pictures of her horses instead. She asked me only one question about what indicators might have caused me to make the appointment - and my answer was one that should have lead to more questions. She asked no more questions but instead directed the assistant to start finding codes to use for insurance lab billing. I had not agreed to the labs yet. After I was literally bullied into getting the lab work without being convinced about whether it was necessary, I went for my blood draw. It was a difficult blood draw and I was still trying to recover from the disturbing visit that I had just experienced. They called a week later and .... the testosterone test was never done ! The lab never did it. ! I gave 4 vials of blood , and the item that was supposed to be tested was not tested. No results. They are trying to talk me back into doing another one since they literally DID NOT TEST the item for which I had my blood drawn. Icing on the cake. Lost a day of my life, got bullied and laughed at by Dr/Ms. Kelly , got no additional info about whether. might be a testosterone candidate , and then they didn't test the blood I had drawn. Complete fail on their part during every step of the process.
