My husband had a lump on his throat that was very concerning. Dennis and Dr. Hall went over & beyond to assist him far beyond the one urgent care visit. He needed a specialized biopsy & when his ENT and our primary care doctor failed to find a hospital that could do this type of FNA biopsy, Dr. Hall did. He followed through with contacting us for 2 weeks until the procedure was finally scheduled and done. Staff was patient with all of our phone calls & treated him with the utmost care!! Don't go there this people only care about money!!!! We got charged for service because my daughter needed urgent help. When I show them thet everything covered by insurance they said they will give money back . Since March they lying to me promising to issue refund. Billing department is a scam,she assured me several times that she mail me a refund. The care we received was poor. NP didn't even listen to me and quickly brushed me off. When I was leaving , I heard stuff just laughing and making inappropriate jokes,while there was several people waiting for help. read more

Absolutely outrageous experience. Came in for a doctors note for work after a cold and sat in there for over 2 hours while they didn't bring a single person back and were chit chatting the whole time. Hope the dude I sat next to for 2 hours didn't die in that chair, because the only reason I got out was because I made a scene. This place used to be really good. They have changed. You now need to make an appointment online. When you do make the appointment online don't expect it to actually be within even an hour of the time the appointment was made. The wait times are extensive so be prepared for about the same thing as if you went to the emergency room. It is cheaper. read more

Woman at desk is self serving and rude. So much for urgent care. Apparently you need an appt. God forbid you are sick and need a flu or Covid test. Never again. I think if she was more pleasant and efficient it would be easier to wait for an appt. However she rambles on with every patient in front of you and again rude and all about her. read more

Very bad experience today, walked out. Going to the hospital for a bad hangnail. Sounds soll6 but the young lady was nasty at the front today for our 4 pm walk in. Short answers, bad attitude. I had a great experience here last year. Never again! read more

Waited 1.5 hours in lobby. Waited 1 hour in exam room to get an X-ray. Waited another 30 min to have a PA tell me he couldn't tell for sure if my ankle was broken. Was told Doc would call me back next day with results. That didn't happen. Good grief this was the most asinine and frustrating experience ever! read more

Front desk experience: Short answers. Bad attitude. Long wait, don't take appointments. Squeaky chairs in lobby, almost comical if it wasn't so annoying. Don't even get me started on our doctor experience. My advice is to use the urgent care down the road. I know I will. read more

We come here when we can't get into our family physician. Today was for ear pain. Doors were open before 8am, so her to be 2nd in line. Wait time was about 30 min (only drawback) but once called was triaged, seen and treated within 15 min. PA gave great information and explanations. Very much appreciate the team! read more

The receptionist was extremely rilude and said they could not see me for both injuries that I received in a fall. She stated that I would have to charge one to insurance and pay out of pocket for the other. So I had to pick the one that hurt the most to be seen for. Sounds awfully scammish to me. read more

Family has used Dr Hall frequently in the past and were very complimenting. I am told by the front desk that Dr Hall is retired, but occasionally fills in. The care received by family members since his departure leaves much to be desired, unfortunately. read more

Been here for three hours and not yet to be seen by a doctor the doctors have been talking and laughing while I was in the exam room sick

Definitely not the best urgent care I've ever been to. Wait time wasn't bad. The medical assistant who took me back had no idea what the two antibiotics I'm allergic to are. They're pretty common antibiotics. She was having a very difficult time working the computer program to even get me checked in. The provider I saw was really sweet. The problem I have is the reason I went in was not resolved. I was offered a brace but then just given the box and told to put it on. It was so uncomfortable I took it off in the car. Completely useless. Who knows if I even got it on right? I was offered a prescription anti inflammatory then never received the prescription. Kind of a pointless visit I suppose. I guess I'll be spending more money to go somewhere else to see if I can get my problem remedied. Two stars because the provider was really so sweet. Would have been one star if not for that. read more
