I had a discovery call with you prior to this consultation and you told me that my case was the type of case that your clinic works with all the time. This is why I decided to pay the $500 because I thought I would get an individualized plan. I have had consultations with other functional medicine practitioners and naturopaths before and this appointment was used to build a plan for me. Not listen to a sales pitch. I found out the cost for these other providers' programs during the 15 minute discovery call. And by the way, you are not telling the truth about offering a $35,000 program. You said "For accuracy, we don't offer a $35,000 program". I have documents to prove that you do, which I've posted here. There are three tiers I was offered: Platinum 12 month program, a Gold 12 month program but not as many "perks" and visits, and then a 6 month program, which I was deterred from because I have a lot of issues and it takes time to resolve (which I agree with). Eastern medicine can be incredibly effective when done properly, but this experience felt rushed, impersonal, and money-driven. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of care was unacceptable. I'm sorry to say this is an insult to eastern medicine.
