Extremely genuine people with excellent customer service that helped my wife and I in an unexpected pinch. The manager, JD, drove my wife home to Laramie during one of the windy spring days when the interstates were closed. One of the nicest things anyone has ever done for us. Ben was awesome too. Excellent communicator and went out of his way to help and accommodate us in our unexpected pinch. We give our highest recommendation to this company.

I researched various windshield replacement services in the Fort Collins area and settled on my top three. After viewing the company websites and reading recent reviews on Yelp, I decided NOVUS was the best option. Being a busy person, I don't have time to go and wait in a waiting room while the work was done. Instead, I needed to have the glass technician come to my home and install on site. In communication with the NOVUS scheduler, they were very pleasant and willing to work with me on arranging a time that fit my schedule. During the heat of the summer, they explained they schedule home replacements only during the morning hours. We arranged for a date about a week and a half away, which I felt was reasonable. On the scheduled day, the tech called me when he was on his way. WIthin a short time, he arrived with a partner. They parked adjacent to the car, and said they'd let me know when the installation was complete. Within the hour, they advised they were done. There were specific instructions to follow regarding care of the new windshield. These included removing the outside tape at a specific time and leaving a side window slightly open to reduce air pressure when doors were closed for the first day. This was explained very clearly so there was no confusion on my part. The customer care was very friendly and their installation was professional. No worries from me as to the quality. I recommend you consider NOVUS for your vehicle windshield replacements. You will be satisfied.

*Edited to add* after reading numerous reviews of people sharing the same experiences and seeing…read morethe owner batrate them as well instead of calling to make things right, she confirmed my conclusion that I will not return nor recommend them to anyone. It's very disappointing since I love supporting small local businesses. Sad. I hope sure learners and can improve her customer service model. I'm VERY disappointed by Ander's they came highly recommend but I'm not sure why. We waited while they worked on my windshield. We heard plastic break and the tech start to cuss. I understand that things break, but they didn't mention anything to us when they said it was done. We checked the windshield before we left and pointed out that my truck was now missing the plastic weatherstrip wiper cowls on BOTH sides (like he broke one so he didn't put the other one back on in hopes we wouldn't notice). The plastic weather striping is also damaged AND missing clips so it's not held down properly. We pointed this out. We were told the tech was at lunch but they would call us when he returned... shockingly they never called us, so we called them. They said the tech claimed he never saw the cowls and they must've not been there (despite us pointing out obvious rub marks from them being present for 20 years.) They admitted that some of the clips holding the weather strip down broke which is common. They told us that we needed to take my truck to a Ford dealership to get an estimate for the parts. They said they would replace the missing cowls but they wouldn't do anything about my damaged weather stripping because it was "common" that this piece breaks (this was not mentioned before the service). 1) why would you say you'll replace the cowls if your tech didn't break them? 2) if it's common for a part to get damaged, why not keep it on hand to fix? 3) if something breaks why hide it from the customer? We're not that upset that parts were broken, we understand that things break. What pisses us off is that they tried to hide it instead of making it right. I love my truck, I should've just used Glass Doctor or Safelight. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Excellent service, friendly staff, super accommodating!…read more We were passing through town in an RV, and had been having an issue with a loose rubber trim on the side of the windshield, rattling away in the wind as we drove. We were actually headed to Boulder to see if [big name national chain competitor known for bad service] could fit us in (which seemed unlikely). I happened to spot this place on the side of the road, and thought I'd give it a shot. I arrived before they opened, but the nice lady at the desk said that after they opened, they should be able to fit me in. When the owner (I think? Head guy anyway) arrived, he listened to my description, nodded knowingly, and said it shouldn't take long, and he would fix it in the parking lot, so we wouldn't have to get out (we have a pet that doesn't like being caged up). He grabbed a tube of adhesive/caulk, and headed out to check it out. He proceeded to fix it right then and there, and 5 minutes (and many thanks!) later we were ready to hit the road again. The whole time, we were treated in a friendly, professional manner. They clearly were busy, but understood that it wouldn't take long, and accommodated us with excellence, competence, and efficiency. What a great experience! I wish all businesses were run with this kind of extraordinary care for customers!

The staff seemed very defensive (borderline hostile) during the phone conversation regarding scheduling/verifying my warranty claim for the VIN obstruction. Upon arrival for my warranty claim, the installer, Daryl, had a very positive, professional, and apologetic attitude that almost completely calmed my nerves. If not for the direct and indirect communication with their customer service reps, his actions alone would have resulted in this being a 5 star review. Had the original install attempt gone through a quality control check, I would not have had to waste a few hours of my time for them to redo the work. This location needs a QC program and should also consider retraining/replacing the customer-facing staff. While sitting here writing this, the lady at the window, Jenny, whose primary responsibilities include checking in and answering customer questions in person and over the phone just said in front of me "I hate that they have our number" (she said "customers" when an unknown male voice in the cubicle area asked who). "Sometimes I just want to stab customers with a fork for asking stupid questions" was stated at the end of that group of remarks. While waiting, she has repeatedly mocked customers after hanging up the phone with them. One mocking quote that stands out is "Speak English and maybe I can understand you." I understand the need to vent sometimes, but never in front of a customer. Situational awareness is imperative. I waited until I had possession of my vehicle before requesting to speak with management for obvious reasons. Next time I need glass replaced, I will not use them, even though USAA certifies the work. Having to listen to negative remarks to and about fellow customers for the long time it takes to do glass work just isn't worth it.

Collins for my son's vehicle being used while in college, they quoted me a higher price than Safelite and when all previous replacements were cheaper than competitors. When I asked them why they were more expensive they said they use a different glass company. I was about to walk away and go to Safelite and the decided to offer me the "Repeat Customer " discount which put the price same as Safelite. I asked why they didn't offer that to begin with since I was a repeat customer and the lady advised she was having a bad day. I went with Onsight (Insight) and they dispatched a few days later to replace the windshield. My son called after and told me the sunroof and interior lights quit working so I contacted Onsight and they wanted to charge $100+ to come out and see what was wrong so I took it to an Auto shop in Ft. Collins and they went through the electrical system and after four hours of labor, found that the installer did not hook up the wiring properly after the install and it cost me $713 for the labor. Justin/Onsight declined to pay for any of the repair work. At this point, they will not get future business from our family and we will stop recommending them to our friends. Multiple Issues: They were not forthright in offering us the "Repeat Customer" discount, 2) Their Ft. Collins installer did substandard work and left our Land Rover in a partial non-working condition, 3) Justin wanted to charge us to come back out and look at the problem to see what happened, and 4) Justin declined to help with any of the costs to repair the problem turning a $550 window replacement into a $1,263 total replacement. I'm not sure if these are new owners but they have terrible "Customer Experience" values and won't be getting any of my future business or friend recommendations.
