I visited the testing center this past weekend and little did i know that it was going to be a slow start. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time as instructed by the testing center. When I arrived, I noticed that it was a full house and several other people were waiting to get checked in. This can add up to people's anxiety especially since we are all stressed out and been waiting for this moment to test. Staff was pleasant otherwise. restroom available and lockers to put your personal items in there while you are testing. You are allowed to bring your own earplugs but they also have single-use ones available to give out. Parking can be found near the building or surrounding street areas with garage parking as well. (yes paying meters or garage) It was an okay experience got my test out the way otherwise and passed so im gald that it's over. I've been to west lake village testing center and it was much more well Organized. This was my honest opinion and I write it to share my experience overall. But I'm glad the owner had time to clarify his concerns on my review. I feel retaliated against for writing my own opinion. read more

The testing facility itself isn't bad. Parking was easy to find and reasonably priced ($9 max). However, I went on a Saturday, and had I known it would be that crowded, I wouldn't have spent an hour sitting in my car studying flash cards in the parking garage. My exam was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and I headed to the door at 9:50 thinking I was early. To my surprise, the hallway was packed. I had to grab a number and wait to be seen and checked in -- DMV style. To make matters worse, there were signs posted forbidding studying in the hallway while waiting. I didn't actually start my exam until an hour later. Needless to say, the long wait did nothing to ease my anxiety or help my focus. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and apologetic about the delay. The computer worked perfectly, the seating was fairly comfortable (even for a bigger guy like myself), and they offered both earplugs and headphones to block out distractions from test takers coming in and out of the room, the hallway, the A/C unit, and the occasional siren outside. I completely understand if weekends are busier, and maybe that's on me for scheduling that day considering that being my only option. But if the facility knows Saturdays tend to be busier, I'd strongly recommend they either notify test-takers ahead of time or staff up to better manage the crowd. I came ready to start my exam promptly at 10:00, but waiting an extra hour threw off my rhythm and momentum. Hopefully, IDT takes this feedback to heart. read more

From the moment you walk in, they greet you with a positive attitude! They guided me through everything step by step and answered all my questions. I just finished all 3 portions of the CBEST here. I went 3 times and each time I visited, they were great. They are very organized, and professional each time I've come. You work in a small room with windows, and even provide earplugs if you ask for them, which is huge because I'm easily distracted by the slightest sounds. Emilio is usually the one who greets you, and his funny personality will put your anxiety at ease. They provide you a white board and marker to work out your problems/brainstorm. (Don't forget to ask for a tissue!) Parking is also super convenient with a structure. First 90 min are free then it's $2 each additional hour. Just make sure to get there a little early as finding the testing location can be a little confusing if you've never been there. A wonderful spot for test taking, and I'll be sure to go here in the future! read more

Took a certification test here, great place for it! Staff was helpful and professional when arriving and taking the test. Environment was conducive for test taking (as always though, don't forget to bring a sweater) and clean. Made it comfortable and easy to lock in for the exam. It's a little unintuitive to find on Apple Maps but the pics on yelp and using the walk around feature of maps makes it easy to plan out parking/arrival. read more

Came here for my test, very easy to find with a parking lot around the corner (90 min free parking) so I loved that I didn't have to stress about parking. The test center is located on the second floor. As soon as you walk in, you're given a number for the check in process that went very smoothly. Emilio was so incredibly nice and encouraging. He stood with all of us outside while waiting to check in and told us to do some breathing exercises which was so, so helpful. He definitely calmed down all of my nerves and I'm so thankful for that! I can feel how much he cared for each of us to pass, even when they get so many people in and out. Overall, I had the best experience at a test center that I could have asked for. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to take any tests. read more

Friendly staff, clean and quiet environment, quick internet speeds for the online exam, AC present, and nearby and affordable parking in The Exchange parking structure ($3 for 4 hour exam)! I completed my exam today, and the registration was easy and quick. I grabbed a number, provided an ID + credit card for another verification, and let the proctor know which test I was taking. They checked me in, walked me through security protocol, and sent me off with a 'good luck' and wave! Tips: Phones need to be turned off and stored during the exam. Nothing can be brought into the testing room with you besides your ID, locker key, and scratch paper they provide. Pay for parking before you exit on the first floor of the parking structure for your convenience! read more

I recently took the TMC exam at this wonderful site. What made it possible for me to pass my exam was the amazing customer service they offer, especially considering that my test anxiety level was really elevated. The site is in a very well maintained building in the heart of Glendale, some would even say this is the heart of LA county when you consider its geographical position. The reception I received was very warm, and my initial questions were answered with clarity and patience. Right before I took the TMC exam i had the pleasure of interacting with Emilio Savany, who was in charge of making sure I didn't have anything on my person that would give me a cheating advantage. This would have been unnecessarily stressful, but Emilio was such a lighthearted person that it only took a few minutes and it was done in such a respectful way by Emilio. I came back here to do another AWS certification exam. I keep choosing this place because I like their testing lab and I never had a bad experience here. I went to another testing center before in Burbank and it was very bad in term of testing taking area. I saw the bad review about the lady working the testing center but if this is the same lady that worked there today (short lady with short hair) then all I can say is that I had a great experience with her. They changed some things around like making you lift up your jeans from your ankle to show you have nothing, showing them your empty pockets and showing the camera your phone is off. I wore my mask most of the time, I took it off when I was the only one in the testing room but then people starting coming in so I put it back on. When I left, I accidentally dropped my driver license and the lady working today called me to tell me. I had a great experience with her, the other 3 times I been here it was a guy working. read more
