I've specifically dealt with Jennifer and Nancy at the front desk and they are always so professional and responsive to all my concerns and scheduling needs. We all get busy, and this staff is always willing to go the extra mile to insure they can accommodate your scheduling needs. Hello, this center has 2.3 stars and not for pleasure, imagine that for asking for respect and good treatment I was fired from this clinic and even worse because a reception employee named Nancy from whom I demanded the respect and education that we deserve as a patient, It was not only me, there were many times that this lady mistreated patients in front of me, mistreatment, discrimination and bad manners, she did not like me and made me vote, she says they fired me, they threw me like a dog, and what was it the worst mistake, that they never called me to know what happened or the part of my story, what a great decision of that direction, also Mrs. Nancy needs to go through the school again and receive a course of Education and good treatment and stop being so arrogant and learn to listen, because Mrs. Nancy you eat what we pay and something else you work for people not for animals, educate yourself. So I've been coming to this dump of a place since my attorney assigned the closest place to my home (what a mistake). The Dr who was seeing me was nice and professional, but as in previous reviews, the office staff are awful! Horrible customer service, rude, unprofessional and lack customer service skills when dealing with patients that have painful symptoms! I had an appointment this morning at 9am, but arrived at 9:12 due to my main vehicle having mechanical issues and would not start. I had to call for a tow truck and then switched out vehicles to my second car. Upon my arrival I was told by not 1 but 3 female staff members that because I was late the Dr could not see me and that I would have to reschedule. I told them about my car problems but Jennifer who claimed to be the office manager yelled she didn't care and proceeded to yell over me. This place is a JOKE of a rehabilitation facility and the truth is the Doctor only asks me a few questions and doesn't physically exam me and then I'm on my way. Seriously a waste of my time. The kicker is this, in my last appointment the doctor was 18 mins late to my appointment (same time 9am) and walked into the appointment without an apology, but I'm 12 mins late due to a legit car issue and they want to now refuse service to me. Awfully hypocritical if you ask me! I get it, I have to respect their time but they don't have to respect the patients time right? I don't think so!!! If your attorney sends you there, refuse to go! Trust me, I'll save you what I along with all the other review writers are saying! STAY AWAY from this dump! Hopefully someone in upper management reads this and makes it a requirement for all their front desk staff to go through customer service training, because pretty soon they will shut down due to the lack of patients! read more

Horrible service. The people at the front desk are nasty. They submitted False claims on my insurance and now won't pick up the phone to talk to me about it. They cancelled my appointment as well. The front desk has zero clue what they are doing. They are not qualified to even open a door. Please stay away from this place!!!!! This is the traveling doctor. They just heard people in and out . This place travels around all over to different locations each day of the week so they don't know any of the patients. Do Not use this place for your medical problems . Sacramento has the worst workers comp doctor's which means there are very few that take older workers comp cases.The worst medical place ever to have handling your medical there ladies in the Main San Pablo location are lazy and stupid and I believe screw up your case on purpose. They are incapable of doing anything . The Dr told me the other time i saw him he just works for the company and he just does the medical stuff and can do nothing about the incompetent ladies who work in office. Apparently no one can do anything at this medical office. The office manager Silvia even quit wonder why cus of incompetent people working for them like miss Lopez . Now add Brenda to that list . No nobody follows up or calls you when there's a problem on anything . I hope all these people have problems like this too at there doctor's office or anything else they need for any medical reasons . I hope they are in horrific pain and no one does anything for them either! You only see Dr Martinovsky once then you see this other Dr who just sits at a table ask you what you need and that's it. No medical help at all ." You" are the doctor and have to figure out what medical needs you need cus he's has no clue . He has no clue who you are and your problems you have. I figured out they are in this for the Money not for medical reasons that's why they make you make so much any appts to see doctor. Workers Comp insurance doesn't require you to see a doctor every month only once a year but this place makes you even come in evenif you just need refills added to your prescriptions even if you saw the doctor less then a week before . I was a patient at the Howe Ave location for about 8 months. I never saw Dr. Gary Martinovsky in all this time. There was never a pain management plan, just give Tramadol Hydrochloride 50mg 1-2 daily (Narcotic Controlled substance High risk for addiction and dependence. Can cause respiratory distress and death when taken in high doses or when combined with other substances, especially alcohol.) This medication turned me into a very nasty pwrson, when I asked if there was something less aggressive I was told no, at this point I stopped taking the medication and living with the incredible amount of pain. There's one Doctor when you walk into the room furnished with an old nasty card table it is full of the smell of cigarette smoke. The last straw was wgen the so called Medical Staff was talking about a patient born in 1972 that looked so much older than her true age. If they are talking about this patient in this manor, where everyone can hear, then what's to say they are not talking about you too. Travelling Doctors wgen you only can see them one day a week is ridicules, there's no want, desire of them to help you through your pain. You're just cattle and you're treated as such. I would highly recommend you find another clinic. The only reason I give this place two stars is because the first two time that I have gone there I was treated by Dr. Martinovsky - who knows what he is doing and talking about. Every other time I go there I see someone else and when they walk into the room they don't know me, what is going on with me and they don't seem to care. For instance this last time I went there I saw a different doctor and when he walked in, he said "what's going on?" and he had no clue of my history or what I was there for. Then when I asked him a couple of questions he blew them all off and basically told me that he couldn't help me. My questions were concerning 1) running out of pain medicine because they don't write a prescription for enough and the insurance company delays approving prescriptions 2) getting a disability placard. He obviously just didn't care. He told me to pay for the meds out of my own pocket and that he didn't know about placards but to ask aup front. Don't doctors have to fill out the forms for placards - not receptionists? Speaking of the receptionists.... they do not care about you, never answer the phones or get back to you and prefer to spend their time chatting with each other. I have called four times in the past day trying to get someone to change an appointment for me and they are not calling me back. Last week someone called and told me that my appointment for Monday had to be changed to Tuesday because the doctor who was to see me was sick. So I showed up on Tuesday, signed in (they don't acknowedge you when you come in) and then a half an hour after I was supposed to see someone, one assistant was kind enough to go ask me if I'd been helped (I wish that I knew her name) and so i went to the desk with her. Another gir therejust said "you were supposed to be her yesterday" and I told her that no, I wasn't because someone had called and changed my appointment. I even had the voicemail still. So then they checked and realized that it was their mistake. So then they said that they would try to "fit me in" and and hour and a half later they finally got me in. So needless to say, if you have a workman's comp issue, ortho issue, need physical therapy, pain meds, etc. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more
