I think she is very knowledgeable, and a true healer! Here are just a few of my experiences with her: It's important to start by saying that I grew up in a family where chiropractors were viewed with suspicion, at best. In spite of slipping on some black ice at age 10 or 11, resulting in a fractured coccyx ('tailbone') - which caused sharp pains, weakness and other scary symptoms off and on for years afterward - chiropractic care was never considered. Finally, in my mid-twenties, after suffering with sciatic pain for an entire year, a friend suggested that I give chiropractic a try. I was skeptical but since I had known Dr. Hausrath in college, and her office was nearby, I went to see her. The first thing that impressed me was her common-sense explanation of how and why chiropractic worked. Nevertheless, I was still rather dubious - until 6 or 8 weeks after I started treatment, at which point my sciatic pain went away. 25 years later, it has yet to return. I really believe that Dr. Hausrath cured me! Since that initial experience, Dr. Hausrath has helped me heal from all sorts of things, ranging from injuries to chronic pain from poor posture or incorrect movement, such as: - painful neck twinges (from holding a telephone handset against my shoulder) - recurring sinus congestion and pain (due to allergies) - upper back pain and shortness of breath from a rib getting pushed out of place from violent coughing while sick with bronchitis - "tennis elbow", the result of carrying heavy bags without providing sufficient muscle support - low back pain for a year in my late 40's due to a bulging disc (following a program of regular exercises, stretches, and chiropractic care, in combination with physical therapy, the disc pain disappeared) ...and the list goes on. With each instance, Dr. Hausrath has explained what's going on (or what I'm doing wrong!), and then she has shown me what I can do to make it right, providing me with the necessary tools (stretches, exercises, a pillow to support my neck during sleep, and so forth) to help me heal. When regular chiropractic adjustments are called for to get something back where it belongs - and keep it there - she lets me know. Last year, I was in a hurry, and picked up a large box the wrong way - and my back actually went OUT. The pain was scary. Knowing what she would recommend, I applied ice quickly, and I was able to see Dr. Hausrath the next day; I was doing much better after two or three weeks, following several treatments, and after doing the stretches and exercises she advised me to do. Within two months, I was completely back to my normal activities and had nearly forgotten that my back had gone out just two months before. Besides her chiropractic knowledge and skill, Dr. Hausrath is a healer who genuinely cares for her patients. Over the years, I've recommended her to several of my friends, and all have told me what wonderful care they received from her. I especially like recommending her to people who are, like I once was, skeptical about chiropractic care. One final note: There are a couple of top-notch massage therapists who work in the office! Elizabeth and Rita are each experienced and skilled masseuses.

My mom had had a really bad experience with chiropractic when I was a kid, and she warned me away. I thought I would give it a try anyway, and met with Dr. Lynn. At the time I was a very active competitor in Judo, and I felt that if I kept my spine aligned it would help me in my competitions and work outs. My idea was that an aligned spine is less likely to be injured (and by extension other body parts would be safer), and, if there was an injury, a healthy spine would heal better. Dr. Lynn said my theory was a sound one, and she kept me competing and working out for many years! I have also seen Elizabeth and Rita, the massage therapists, for various muscular aches and pains, and they have both been GREAT! I remember several times barely being able to walk, only to feel better after seeing them! One caveat about chiropractic and massage, though: Everyone reacts to treatment differently, and sometimes relief is not felt for a couple of days, and sometimes you need more than one session for relief. Please keep that in mind before you decide it doesn't work! I injured my back at work, and the treatments given my Dr. Lynn, Rita, and Elizabeth helped me heal. I will never fully be 100%; however, if it were not for them I suspect I would have had to rely on pain meds more often than I do. Dr. Lynn has been very successful in recruiting her staff, and Brittany is a gem. I have seen her fill holes in the schedule in a moment's notice, professionally and charmingly. She has fit me and my husband in on more than one occasion when our "owies" couldn't wait! Oh, yes, one more thing: When I started going to the office, I lived 5 minutes away. Now I live 40 minutes away and STILL go there! In summary, Dr. Haurath, Elizabeth, and Rita will keep you going, keep you active, and keep you young!

I unfortunately didn't have a very nice experience and after 4 sessions I called it quits. The…read morefront office staff deserve 5 stars because they are very nice. However there were too many negatives for me to recommend this. I visited 4 times. On 3 of my 4 visits I was seen at least 15 minutes late. On two visits the waiting room was so full I had to stand. The actual chiropractor room is open plan so you have 4-5 people in there getting seen in rotation. However it is the constant hard selling of signing lien contracts why I quit after 4 sessions. In a nutshell I was in an accident. I have amazing Kaiser coverage and my copay is only $10 per visit. I was clear on the phone, my first visit and again second visit I would be using Kaiser and not signing lien paperwork through my accident attorney. The fact is I am going to take the $10 copay over potentially being out of pocket hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a lien. Irrespective of this, I was super clear about using Kaiser again and again but it kept being brought up. On my fourth visit Dr. K put a lien contract on a clipboard and gave me a hard sell saying he could charge his full rates if I signed it and it "wouldn't cost me thousands of dollars" if that's what I was worried about. This was whilst I was hooked up to an electrical current machine. Just weird and really left me uncomfortable having to for the third time in four visits repeat I had amazing Kaiser insurance and would not sign a lien contract. I decided to call it a day after that visit. I am glad others had a good experience and maybe I'm unique because I figure most folks don't have Kaiser high with the $10 copay and the lien makes sense. It could also be that my appointment slots happened to coincide with rush hour at the office? Who knows..
