Dr John and Angelica might just be earth angels. I did not think I would be able to get back to walking normal after a triple sprain that had me limping and in constant pain. I had been to Integrated Physical Medicine in the past for help with a cervical spine issue and they were absolutely amazing through that whole situation . So naturally, they were my first choice for physical therapy for my ankle. Dr. Jon and Jaime (front desk) are phenomenal. I sought treatment for a lingering hamstring issue while in the midst of training for the Chicago Marathon, my first race at this distance. I was given great care in office with scraping, suction cups and chiropractic adjustment, and given a plan to follow at home as well. I finished with a sub-4 hour marathon (which was my goal!). In general I'm skeptical of healthcare professionals and have been treated by various chiropractors and physical therapists throughout the years. If you are debating over which physical therapy place to join STOP, CHOOSE THIS ONE! Dr. Jon is amazing! In the beginning of the summer I didn't think I could every play softball again. Two months with IPM and I am heading back to college ready to play. He provides you with a variety of exercises, relaxing stretches, as well as cupping, scrapping, needling, adjustments and great overall care. Dr. Jon is incredible! He is patient centric and tailors the chiropractic and physical therapy needs to what you need as a patient. I could not be more happy with his care! My personal story - I have 3 kids, one is a COVID baby from earlier this year and my first born was a C-section. After I had kid #3, my body was completely worn out - I physically could not walk more than a 1/4 of a mile without limping, 3 months post partum. I had a major diastasis separation and major lower back pain. I was previously in care with a national PT chain who claimed I was "healed" even though I had major back pain (I couldn't even stand for longer than 10-15 minutes let alone walk a 1/4 mile!). I originally came to him for Chiro for my back pain. But he convinced me that what I really needed was PT. Dr. Jon's compassionate yet no nonsense approach was exactly what I need to get back in shape. I started seeing noticeable improvements after the 1st week of PT. I am SO thankful for him! I can honestly say that at 6 months post partum I am in the best shape I have been post partum with any of my previous pregnancies and I know it's only going to get better from here! I originally posted on the Naperville Facebook page looking for a chiropractor because I was having severe neck pain. Jaime reached out to me on Facebook and told me that she could get me in today with Dr. Jon and help get this neck pain under control. I came in had my evaluation and no surprise Dr. Jon told me I beat my body up through the years of intense sports and physical activity. I've now been going to Dr. Jon for about two months now and I can honestly say I have no neck pain I have a lot more mobility In my neck. I've been sleeping better I've been working out better and I overall feel better I've brought my roommate and my boyfriend in and they both buy them I highly highly highly recommend. They don't make you feel like you're just another patient to get in and get out make their money. I have been seeing Dr Jon for years. What I like the most about IPM is that they cater to my specific needs opposed to some other Physical Rehab centers that make you feel like a number.
