I had one of the most miserable weeks of my life last week. I had excruciating lower back pain a few days after moving furniture and boxes so we could get new carpeting. Each day I would say to myself "It will be better tomorrow". When tomorrow never came, I went to see Dr. Mark for treatment at Proactive Chiropractic...WOW. I went home feeling better already. I made an appointment with them over a year ago for an adjustment and only needed to go once. They are extremely pushy about making you sign up for a plan that comes with a hefty payment plan. They would not take no for an answer when I explained that I did not want to proceed. They called and texted me repeatedly on and off for months on all the employees personal phone numbers. It was completely inappropriate and borderline harassment. I would not recommend this business. Not everyone needs to go regularly and shouldn't be forced to sign up for their plan. read more

My mom and I were seeking help for some reason why I had an irregular menstrual cycle. No medication, doctor or treatments could help regulate my cycle and birth control was never an option for me. After my mom began her chiropractor journey she recommended me to Dr. Mark to see if maybe my alignments have anything to do with what I was going through. Me being in denial of me unable to fix my problem never believed that I would ever regulate as a women should felt as though I had to try anything. After seeing Dr. Mark continuously my period began to regulate and it seemed like things were back to normal. Due to a job change, I wasn't able to come as often as I would have liked to continue my visits. And of course, my body regressed and fell back into the routine of not regulating as my menstrual cycle should be, and yes I was worried. This place is awesome! Dr. Mark Humbert has been treating me and my daughters for 2 years now. One daughter had rotational scoliosis, constant stomach aches and headaches. HAD. No more headaches, no more stomach aches and X-rays show no rotation of the spine! I have 2 bulging discs and could not even stand upright. After Dr Mark's adjustments, massage therapy and yoga,(which his office offers!) I can say my pain is virtually gone.
