Insurance Fraud!!! I spoke recently with a sales rep named Michael Harrison. I asked him about the new Insurance House Bill that was going into affect on September 1st. He told me "not to worry about it" and that he would just take a picture of a check for my deductible and not cash it. This way they can use the picture to let the insurance company know that I paid my deductible. This sounded sketchy to me so I called TDI. I just got off the phone with the Texas Department of Insurance to ask them if this was legal. They assured me that this is HIGHLY ILLEGAL!!! They also informed me (which he did not) that not only is the contractor liable for insurance fraud in this case but also me as the homeowner!!! They also let me know that this is a Class B misdemeanor with thousands of dollars in fines AND that if the claim is over $10,000 that it is a FELONY!!! (My claim is over $10,000). I could have gone to prison with this guy! I am writing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and I hope they get shut down for this. If this happens to you too make sure you send an email to: LahIntakeUnit@TDI.Texas.Gov If it wasn't so terrifying what they are doing over there it would be funny because they call themselves Integibuilt Roofing with a tag line from their website that says "We believe our number one priority is to treat every client with the honesty and respect they deserve." This couldn't be further from the truth! I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and would highly suggest you do the same and not risk fines or going to prison. read more

We used RBN for a minor roof repair on a former house in Frisco, TX several years ago based on a recommendation. We were completely satisfied with the support and workmanship. Adam Browning and his crew did a great job re-roofing our hail-damaged roof . The planning , scheduling and execution were professional and displayed a high degree of knowledge and craftsmanship . The clean-up phase was comprehensive and left all the shrubs undamaged . Our neighbors complimented us on the architectural-grade shingles whose texture and color complimented the existing trim and brickwork as well as adding value to our home . The work was accomplished with really no inconvenience in a relatively short time at a very reasonable cost. We had a wonderful experience with RBN and thank Steve Slaughter for helping us throughout the process. I didn't really know how to go about the process but once I spoke to him he told me what to do next. He came out to our house, assessed the damage, took pics and educated us on the process. He even checked to make sure everything was all picked up after the installation and checked our attic before the job was done. They started early and finished before 4pm. I have a single story 2,300 square foot home that's pretty straight forward. I've been telling my neighbors about RBN also.
