Visited the shop a few weeks ago to check on a .380 pistol The young lady who helped me took me to the counter where they had three different makes. She took each out for me to handle and proceeded with an expert level outline on each weapon. Needless to say, I was impressed with her knowledge and willingness to spend time with me. I thanked her and asked for a card, and that I was still in the thinking phase. She was friendly and fine with that. The following week I called and spoke with her again, and said I would be in after the weekend to make my purchase if they still had the one I wanted. She offered to put a hold on it and had it ready when i came in. The purchase process is what it is with the forms needed, but went very smoothly. The service is top tier here. I went in to get a pistol transferred into my name and the whole process was smooth and easy. We had no issues and it didn't take too long either. I came back to pick up my gun after the 10 days and did run into a hiccup when some of the staff couldn't find my gun. I wasn't worried because I saw/heard the staff walk back and put my gun in a safe. It's just a small pocket pistol so it was hard to spot and it was understandable how it can be overlooked as it's tiny and their safe had black pockets. The staff and owner were very apologetic and reassured me this never happened before and that it would not be a regular occurrence. The staff and owner discussed a better way to store gun transfers so they can improve the process and not run into this issue again. That to me is awesome customer service. This is my second time walking in thought I would give them another chance. Honestly, they seem racist. I won't make assumptions but the attitude puts you off, they are really dry with you. Not welcoming at all, didn't even ask how I was doing just straight up "how can I help you" and felt like he was trying to shoo me away. The selection of firearms and customer service is 100% times better than where I recently went to purchase my first pistol (Sportsmans Warehouse in Fairfield). This is the most fraudulent fudd place I ever been too. Employees acting they know guns and the law. I am 20 years of age and walked in politely asking if I can take my FSC test. California law States 18 years of age or older. I provided my residency, valid ID, and of legal age to take the test. They told me I have to be 21 to take this test. I knew they were saying bullshit since I drove 15 mins to KW defense and took my test legally and passed. I got my FSC fair and square. If I had to be 21 to take the fsc test just to acquire the certificate Other shops would enforce that and other places wouldn't let me take the test. I went back to show this place my FSC to prove what they did was Unconstitutional preventing me of my 2nd amendment. They were calling me an "idiot" even though it's common knowledge to obtain and FSC its 18. Telling me "its new protocol". They really think Im dumb??? I was going to bring them business since I was referred to my friend. My friend and I will let everyone know not to come to this fraudulent place. I was going to buy ammunition in the future and help their family owned businesses but after the way I was treated thinking I am stupid and don't know my constitutional right then Fuck them. Good group of people running this place and gave me very honest answers. They did not try to push particular brands like most places do and overall, you can tell they are pretty knowledgeable in guns, the laws on them, and the various models out there. My husband and I came to Lodi to check out some car dealerships last week, and out of curiosity he wanted me to look up some gun stores that were local. I happened to come across integrity arms, and being the big yelper I am, I was so pleased to see all the positive reviews! I have to say this definitely drew us in! When walking in we were instantly greeted. No one was rude to us, we had someone help us the entire time and never left us! He had amazing eye contact which you don't come by often anymore! He let us hold some guns, and was super super friendly and knowledgeable!! Not to mention everything was PRICED AMAZINGLY!!!!! Everyone here was just amazing! We specifically spoke with John.. apparently there are many John's including the owner, but this one had an accent! Lots of places these days do not care about customer service. I told my husband "you can't have your cake and eat it, too!" Meaning, you never get a nice salesperson, and a great experience these days!
