We were doing an AR-10 build, and I ran into some issues and I had to cancel, although it wasn't ideal, Nate understood and we decided to push back to a later date. If you're not familiar to the Kimber world, that gun is hard to find... but Nate found it thru his distributors! Paperwork was painless and time burden is minimal... Nate tries to work as best as possible to accommodate your busy schedule. Individually owned FFLs like Gun Attic Customs are the way to go when buying a gun... you can look at guns at big box retailers, but honestly it's a pain waiting in those long lines, that's not an issue here, you're not waiting 2hrs at Gun Attic! Customization and gun smithing in general Nate is qualified for. Besides building my rifle, I'm looking to have my other Kimber (Stainless II) get deep cleaned. Cool guy, very nice work. This is an honest review waited a minute to see how tough the cerakote is. To be honest its already worn slightly (smudged) in certain areas of the gun from just a week of handling. That being said when I first purchased it I knew I will be scratching and abusing the external of the firearm rigorously. Training and with the use of a holster. I know over time it will wear and I don't mind. The slide cut is so hot. I just shot it today and I LOVE IT. This is my first handgun and it will most definitely be memorable.
