To add insult to injury, after we told the employee to forget it and we'd come pick up the truck, she stated she'd have our truck ready for us at the front. We get there, she's on the phone and jingles the key at us, and we have to walk the parking lot and use our key alarm to find our truck. No apology or call back from the manager or anything. I set out to search for a mechanic on Yelp and Anglie's List. Then I started calling them. When I talked with Fred, I knew I found the right repair shop. Fred and his team looked after her safety during her years in Waco. There was regular maintenance and some significant repairs, and Fred came through ever time. His estimates were accurate, the repairs were competently done, and I learned I to trust him and his judgement. I spoke with Fred several times over the years but I've never got to thank him personally. The truck made it home now after several thousand mile journeys and I have seen the evidence of Fred's good handy work.

They left a bungee strap IN the engine of my car, that looks as if it is supporting the arm of my suspension. Never go here. We dropped out car off on June 18th and got it back June 19th. They rushed my vehicle and didnt do anything right just enough to get me by to try to get me past the 90 day warranty too keep my money when they didnt do jack shit but pretty much ruin my vehicle. Id recomend a monkey with a wrench before this shop. Obviously you got people who have no knowledge of vehicles working here. The suspension looks like Bugs Bunny did it. 0 out of 100. VERY DISSATISFIED. If you go here. Have an injury lawyer on hand. Already contacting lawyers, they put my whole families life at risk, and took off with my hard earned money. Then when they finally brought my car up to the front, they parked behind a car that was in a line and then parked another car right up to the back of my vehicle where it was completely difficult to get out. I had to back up and move forward twice to get my car out from between the two vehicles. Service & time management deserves one star. Only gave two because the lady at the service desk was friendly, although still no acknowledgement of the time it took for the service. Will not be returning here for an oil change again.

After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

Regardless of how fast these people can change a tire, it'll may still take a bit for them to drive out to you. We were 20 minutes out of Waco and it took about 35-40 minutes for our person to show up. I'm not sure how many people actually work here since the person who took my call was also the person to come change our tire. I ended up having to ping him my location since I was having difficulty figuring out where exactly on the highway we were. He worked quickly, was knowledgeable about the situation, and was very friendly the entire time. When we were billed, he said he was an independent contractor so he negotiated the price with us. The total ended up being $75, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how quickly he worked and how much less expensive this was than calling a tow truck.

I respect the job they have done, but I don't think they are very professional. they forgot to screw the spark plug bolt back, didn't even screw back the engine air pipes after no more than 30 min diagnosis, and I said that I tried to replace the spark plugs before, then they only tested the spark plugs and did a compression pressure testing, other than that no more testing, then they charge me $200, and told me that I need to replace the whole engine. This makes me not feel good. car is not fixed, the root reason is not sure, and need to spend more money and time on it to find out the root causes of why it can't start up. I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint!
