Mine was a major fix that took a couple of days to complete. We hardly knew they were here. When finished they did a thorough clean up. This is all I expected and they certainly delivered. And the delivery... oh my god!!!! Ryan will send you the floors in UPS freight. the UPS drivers will be super upset as they arrive to your destination address, realizing you might need 3-4 guys to climb into the truck and start taking the wood planks, bundle by bundle, on your back and shoulders, as no ups truck can unload with their lift long planks... Please don't be a fool like I was!!! read google reviews first! the guy will send you whatever he finds, much sorter planks (!) whenever he finds that, wherever he finds that, regardless what you paid, regardless your agreed timelines, or the quantities ordered and paid for... You will have to deal yourself with UPS freight days and nights until you track the shipment and get it safely to your destination. Ryan will not even help you to confirm you get what you have ordered... See the picture attached how i got the planks delivered to my new house in a UPS truck, unwrapped and completely unprotected. Had to climb into the track to open the bundles and take them individually with few guys... took us long time, while risking ourselves.

I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. Update 5/14/2026 I'm not sure which profile you took a look at sir or which address, but I do NOT own a mobile home nor did i ask for a estimate on a deck, i asked for estimate on a fence around a regular home, and I already got a "proper" response from the owner yesterday on why it was canceled, he said it was solely because it wasn't work he can "safely and appropriately take on". I have receipts/screenshots of his response as well. I dont know exactly what he means by what he said but I do not wish to address this issue any further, I only responded to clear up false information. Thank you.
