There were several areas that did not appear fully cleaned, which was especially disappointing considering there were two cleaners working for about three hours. I understand everyone and every home is different, but I've previously had a single cleaner complete significantly more thorough work in the same timeframe for less money, without me needing to re-clean parts of my apartment afterward. The communication afterward also left a bad impression. Instead of simply addressing the concerns professionally, I felt blamed for the condition of the apartment and uncomfortable with the tone of the payment-related messages. My girlfriend also was blocked from the company's business page during the exchange, which felt extremely unprofessional.
