Since then, I've reached out multiple times--by phone and email--and have received no response. No update, no repair, no accountability. For a project that should have added value and beauty to my home, I'm left with a flawed installation and zero customer service. I expected better craftsmanship and professionalism. Multiple doors and drawer fronts were manufactured in the wrong sizes and need replacement. Four additional doors were finished incorrectly. To make matters worse, the hardware holes throughout the project were drilled crooked, causing doors and drawers to be visibly misaligned. The installers were friendly, but friendliness does not make up for poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and inadequate follow-through on warranty and service issues. Had I seen a review describing these kinds of problems before hiring this company, I would have looked elsewhere. In my experience, the biggest issue appears to be the new ownership and the decline in quality and customer service that has followed.

Phil went out of his way to resolve this problem, which saved us the stress of either doing it ourselves or finding another lot.
