Howard said he sent this paperwork to me and that I have to sign for it so I have been in my house all day. It is 9:45PM on Saturday, 12/29/18, and I have not received the paperwork. He has refused to respond to me all day and I had to cancel plans so I could be here. I am livid and wish I had chosen someone else.

Yelled at my mother and I over the phone until we had the board of funeral directors contact them to tell them how off base they are. His email is one of an auto dealer.
