Wish there was better communication between the technicians and customers and the office and the techs. Was basically quoted one price and was sold an upgrade which we agreed to but the bill was several hundred dollars more than what was originally discussed. Called Gloria and spoke to her about it, and was basically told that's how they do business and yes, the technician should have called you to verify the final cost with me .... sorry. This isn't the first time I have worked with them and I had a garage door installed by them two years ago. They came to fix our gate and charged us $750 for welding. There is a huge gap in the gate after they left. I called and told them the job isn't done properly. Alex (the person on the phone) was extremely rude and wants to charge us again for the technician coming back and fixing the issue they caused. This is horrible customer service. The technician said he will provide warranty for 1 year from the time job was done. Less than a week later they want to charge again! stay away, I will be calling my bank to dispute this charge. read more

I had my gate repaired a couple of months ago by Dean from the company. It stopped working again about a week ago. I called, was told it would be under warranty if it was the same issue, but it probably was not (without anyone seeing it) and in that case the minimum charge would be $445... That essentially makes the warranty completely worthless - no risk-free way to get the gate checked for work they did. A horrible experience and a reflection of out of control pricing in the Bay Area. When we go into a recession - and we will - companies that conduct themselves in this fashion will find they need to adopt fair practices or go out of business. read more

Pro: To be fair, they were knowledgable, efficient and got the job done. Con: As a prior customer said, the price can be very high which made me feel fairly uncomfortable. In my case, a roller came off from the track (I thought it was a bigger problem). The fix took literally 5 seconds (simply dragged the roller back into the track) and the charge was $299 for that. They suggested to replace all 10 rollers for another $100 (this part is acceptable). Basically, I spent $400 for 10 mins of work (Cost of supply isn't that much). That is too high even taking the drive time into consideration. I don't want to judge them totally based on my personal experience, but would like to let others be aware of the potential high cost with their service. read more

The January windstorm blew my driveway gate partially off its track, which I didn't discover until I tried to leave the next afternoon. I called integrity at about 3 PM, and they were able to send someone the same day! Forrest arrived about 4 PM and not only fixed the problem quickly, he was able to fix a couple other problems that had been bothering me for a year or more. Our gate hasn't worked this well in years! I wish every technician who came to our house was as talented and customer-focused as Forrest -- truly exceptional. I'm giving Integrity five stars because Forrest did the work so well and so quickly, and because the company was so responsive. The company is quite expensive for a call like this, however, due to their minimum charges for any home visit. In my case, it was necessary and worth it. read more

I have an extremely heavy gate that the hinges needed replacing and the gate was tough to open/close. Integrity removed the old hinges, welded new ones in place that were rated more appropriately for the size of the gate and it works smoothly now. Great work and great service. I am not writing a review about their workmanship. It is quite obvious from other reviews that they are knowledgeable and experienced in their craft. My complaint with this company is they take advantage of you if they know you're desperate. I understand that there must be an extra charge if you expect them to come to your residence if it's late hours. Off the top, they said over the phone that costs will start at $1000 to replace the spring on my 2 car garage rolling door. That is absurd! I can understand doubling their normal price to come at a late hour to replace a spring but to START at $1000???
