We have a shared fence with our neighbor that was slowly rotting out along the bottom and had many…read moreloose panels as well. Both sides have dogs so it was becoming a real safety issue. Initially we were looking to replace it entirely, but then learned our neighbors had attached plants all along their side they were wanting to keep in tact, so full replacement wasn't in the cards. Javier came out and carefully assessed the situation, walking us through his process of what it would take to reinforce the existing fence but also suggested constructing an identical fence on just our side. He was thorough, communicative, and his quote was competitive to other companies I had chatted with. In the end, we went for a new fence on our side, painted and all, and it looks outstanding. Much more of a solid fix and will last for many years. His work was quick, efficient and high quality, even down to matching the paint color of the older fence to the replacement. Now we're just past our warranty and one of our posts is loose and pulling the fence apart. I called to see if they could help; they said they would call back but never did. They even sent me a text but I replied two different times and never got a response. Pretty unprofessional, but I'm happy to deal with someone else. Our fence has been way more of a hassle than it should have been.

Gerardo and his worker did a great job. Rebuilding is much more a carpenter job rather than a high speed slam it up affair. They were efficient, did not waste time, and the results were great. I have no complaints about the fence. They finished everything in one day. With that said, I am deducting a star because the crew tripped my breaker box. They plugged in a battery (Milwaukee? It was red. See photo) to the outlet I had a licensed contractor install to a recent closet extension in my backyard. I'm not sure how they even found that outlet as it's not close to the shared fence and is hidden by the A/C unit. I'm also not sure why they were that deep in my backyard when they were just supposed to be working on installing the new fence. If they had simply asked for permission to plug in the battery, this wouldn't have been an issue. I saw the battery charging as I was checking on the progress of the fence throughout the morning and thought nothing of it. It wasn't until that evening where I noticed that all the outlets in the back room didn't work that I started questioning the reason for the outage. After racking my brain and attempting to reset the breaker box, it dawned on me that it was because one of the workers was charging their battery. I don't know the voltage of the battery that they were charging, but it was too much for that outlet. They should've just used an outlet from my neighbor.

Insanity…read morethat I was going to let these guys swap out my aluminum posts for iron posts that wouldn't even match my gate. So I ask again, what are these guys experts at? Initial experience was bad. Sales guy came, was short with me, seems uninterested. Promised to give a quote. Waited 4 days. Didn't get a reply. I wrote a bad review and moved on. Owner contacted me asking me to remove the review and he can help me out with my gate job. I needed someone to help fix a botched gate install job so agreed. The job was to remove two existing posts and replace it with new steel posts. The price quoted for TWO posts were not cheap. He seems to think he's doing me favor for labor only but it was not cheap. It cost the same amount as the full job by the other company for the full install. I'm OK with it because at that point I wanted a job to be done by someone who knows how to do the work. Of course, I found out the reason they're expensive because they SUBCONTRACT to another company that specializes in gates. Are they the expert or is the subcontractor the expert? Nevertheless, I waited a week and a half for the scheduled date. The night before, he text me and ask if I have two steel posts that they need. They quoted me a very high amount to fix two posts but does not provide the materials for the fix. These guys are supposed to be experts in STEEL gates but do not have the materials for STEEL. So what are they experts in? Subcontracting? Reselling gate install service? What irritates me is that he sprung this on me at the last moment the day before. Our conversation was that the quoted price includes labor and materials to fix except for the extra materials that are needed that are ALUMINUM which I purchased. The fact that he asked me to provide STEEL materials at the last possible moment was maybe because (a) he misquoted me or (b) the subcontractors wanted more money to do the work. In any case, I cancelled the job. I cannot trust a company that bait and switch. If you misquote, then you own the difference, not spring it on your customer at the last moment.

These guys went way above and beyond to make me a happy customer. We had some hiccups due to the quirks of my garage size and setup but the whole team I worked with at Integrity went out of their way to make things perfect. Forrest was super professional and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and fixing my stuck-shut door. When I expressed interest in getting a new door (old one was ancient), he found a high quality replacement at a price point that I could afford, without any salesman pushiness. When we had an issue with the product I ordered, Forrest offered an upgrade that solved the issue (which probably meant the company made little to no money off their work here) and personally performed the additional work. Gloria handled scheduling - she was friendly and pleasant to work with and responsive to my questions. Dean called me on the day of my installation to check in and help create a workaround for an issue we had specific to my space. And Jaime, the installer, was very professional and knowledgeable, and left my garage cleaner than before he arrived. I don't write many reviews but Integrity has earned a loyal customer in me, and I cannot praise the company highly enough. Super professional, super responsive, and they take a lot of pride in doing what they do and satisfying their customers. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Dean is an impressive, positive, honest, and very talented professional. He fixed our gate in Tiburon in less than an hour. Although the work was done a month ago, I wanted to write this review. I initially thought that the problem was in the motor and Dean could have easily (if he was not an honest and a good man) suggested that I needed to change the whole system! Instead, he was so humble by saying that he did nothing complex, and the fix was easy. For Dean ( I am the French Kabylian/Berber). Thank you Dean for being a good man. I had a problem with my garage door opener. I first tried to fix it myself following advice from U-tube videos, and then with an on-line consult with a garage door specialist. The problem persisted. Based on excellent Yelp* reviews, I then called Integrity Garage Doors & Gates. They scheduled a visit the next day. Valentino arrived as scheduled, and after performing the tests that I had learned should fix the problem, he determined the defect was in the memory circuit board. At that point, I knew that a new opener was my best option. Valentino had the unit with him and completed the installation in less than an hour, and at a price that was very good compared with other estimates that I'd received. Forrest just left after completing the repair on the garage door in our Pinole home. Forrest arrived within estimated time window, evaluated the repairs needed for the broken spring and worn out bearing on the door and got right to work. He was extremely professional, friendly and efficient in completing the repair. Forrest answered all of my questions and also provided recommendations on some future issues that may arise with the door. I would say call this company first and request for Adam before you call any other company. He is very honest in pricing, estimating and great quality of work. You can't find a more honest person who does the work like it's his own garage door. After replacing the springs of my garage door, Adam spent a lot of time tightening the screws, lubricating the hinges/metals and rails and pretty much making sure that all is good. Our garage door opener just stopped working without any warning. I was referred to Integrity Garage Doors and was able to an appointment the same day, actually Valentino arrived in less than an 1/2 hour. He removed the old opener and accessories then installed the new opener and accessories in less than an hour. Valentino cleaned up the old items as he worked and is very knowledgeable about the products. Excellent service. I Called at 9:30 at night and they offered to come out that same night. Instead I had them come out first thing in the morning to look at my 2 car garage. From the start things were mishandled: I called for service expecting professional courtesy and workmanship, but instead I got delays, excuses, and an attitude. Don came across as dismissive of my questions, talked down to me, and seemed far more interested in closing the job quickly than doing it properly. When issues came up (which they did), I tried raising them, but Don's response was unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of being a trusted partner for the repair/installation, this company felt like they were cutting corners and ignoring the customer.
