I called them in mid January to let them know our business of 35 years was closing its doors. I was assured that the policy was put up for non renewal. In April, I woke up to a large debit from my account for payment on this insurance. I called Germer and he said he would take care of it and call me back that same day. I stopped pmt on the debit as the business was no longer there. Today I get a call from a collection agency demanding the funds saying we were charged for the first month. Called Germer for help and left a message but no return call. Avoid these people!

We bought a brand new 2021 5th wheel and called to get insurance added to our policy. We sent information over on the unit. Sadly 9 months later it was totaled so we called to make a claim. We were informed by the adjuster we were under insured!! They insured us for what we paid not blue book value. It booked out for 22,000 more than we paid because we got an excellent deal. We had to pay 22,000 out of our pocket to get another one. Msrp was 73,000 and they insured us for 51,000. Never checked value so we were covered. Had no contents coverage. When called the one that wrote up our policy said she didn't know!! We have left this branch who we found out has no acting agent.
