Phil came over at 515 PM on Friday night to change out a broken mailbox lock. I could not get to my mail for a week. He was pleasant and worked quickly. We just moved into a new house and needed to have the locks re-keyed. We called a few locksmiths around Valencia for quotes and Phil's from Integrity was the lowest, so we decided to go with him. He was able to come out the same day and he showed up on-time. In total, he re-keyed 5 locks for us and was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. 5 stars for Phil--fast, friendly, and professional. First off, he is very nice and professional! I had to turn away a previous locksmith that acted like he just walked out of prison. Phil Came out the following day, ON TIME and changed the locks I needed. He saved me a couple bucks on a repair I thought I needed but he showed me didn't need to go. I called Integrity because I needed three house doors re-rekeyed because a week ago I had hired another company and when they left, there were several problems (lock installed upside down, screw fell out of door handle and others) He was able to come out the same day. He quickly finished the job and corrected all the problems. It cost less than half of the price of the previous company. He was personal, professional and honest. On Tuesday I scheduled an appointment with Phil for the following day. He was on time and I couldn't have been more impressed by his knowledge base and incredible customer service skills. Phil was very friendly and I greatly enjoyed the conversation while he rekeyed 6 locks, replaced two cylinders and fixed for me two issues I wasn't even aware of. At the end of the day perhaps what I needed was "simple", but what impressed me the most was how Phil explained every detail, made sure I understood the why behind what he was doing and left me feeling wonderful that I hired him for his services.
