I was having trouble making it out to Novi from West Bloomfield and Jill, who answered the phones mentioned they can come pick my car up at my house for a $25 fee. I decided to do that and Jill scheduled my appointment for about a week later. Jill and one of the other people who worked there got to my home to take my car around 10am, and said they'd have it back around 4:30. I reiterated how I only needed the inside cleaned and not to worry about the outside. They brought my car back around 5, and it looked good as new. The inside was completely rid of dog hair and ground in salt and all the other messes kids make. It looked like they had given the outside of the van a quick wash, which I appreciate. Jill did let me know that depending on how difficult it would be to get the dog hair out they would possibly have to charge me more, I had told her that was fine. They did end up having to use special tools to get the dog hair out and did end up charging me more, but I didn't mind because she told me that might happen. I am so pleased with how my car turned out. I will definitely use them again after next winter!

It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

After about 5 attempts, I finally made my appointment but had to actually go up there to reschedule after they wouldn't answer the phone. I dropped off my car at 8am and it was ready by 3pm. They did a fantastic job. Everything was spotless and they notified me of any areas that they could not get spotless. Full detail inside and out including the trunk and under the hood. I've never had a detail clean my trunk and under my hood...engine and all! The staff was great and very helpful! The Groupon price was great but the regular prices weren't too bad either. I always liked the detail work previously done on my CRV. From start to finish, they were extremely professional. I mistakenly walked into the office of the co. president and he took the time to introduce himself, walk me over to the customer lobby and then introduce me to the nice lady who does the work intake. For the intake, we went out to my car and went over any trouble spots so that she could note this on the work order. At the time of pick up, the nice guy who handled my paperwork went out to the car with me and made sure that I didn't have any concerns and that everything was to my satisfaction. He took extra time to try and buff out scratches on my dash caused by my daughter's backpack. I was very impressed! Since dealerships in the Farmington Hills area use this company, I knew that they had to be pretty good. But after this experience, I would say that they are excellent!
