I should have written a 5 star review after the first time (as Mark did a fantastic job then also), but to be honest I'm just not good at remembering to write/post reviews. Mark is fantastic! I love supporting small business owners who take pride in what they do. His prices are reasonable - they might be slightly higher than what you would pay at one of the larger detailing business. But take into consideration that Mark comes to your location and you don't have to sit in an uncomfortable waiting room for hours. On top of being really good at what he does, he is also a very nice and polite person. The only downside is that Mark is VERY good (which means he has demand for his services). Mark was very easy to work with. He showed up on time and offered a great service. My 18 year old daughter just bought her first car. It was used and in pretty good shape, with the exception of the interior. It was filthy. Carpet, seats, dash, windows, You name it.. It was very dirty. I had Mark shampoo the carpet and the seats. Listen people, there's no sense in sugar-coating this. I'm a slob. I was once turned away at the border of Canada because my car was 'unsearchable'. It looked like it was dredged up out of the Detroit River and smelled like Taco Bell. Mark just spent FOUR HOURS cleaning it, which is exactly three hours and fifty minutes more than I ever spent cleaning it. It looks like a brand new car! He got out food, lipstick and various other stains from the interior upholstery. He says he 'wipes down' the interior of the car. What he means to say is that he wipes every single corner and crevice of the interior of the car. You can't find a speck in there! And the outside is gorgeous!! He does weekend appointments only, which suits me fine because that's the only time I'm home and he comes to your home and does it. So while you're watching the Lions play terrible football, or eating Cheetos or taking a nap or doing whatever, your car is getting sparkly clean. And it was only $50 ($40 without the vacuuming) Oh yeah, and he showed up exactly when he said he would and was very kind and professional. read more

Cleaning my own car consisted of a drive through car wash a few times a year. As for the interior - it was a mobile purse, neither of which I ever clean out. That being said, Mark is extremely professional, prompt and courteous. He arrives at YOUR house with all the equipment needed to do a tremendous job detailing and cleaning your purse, I mean your vehicle. I used to work in a factory and the steering wheel, carpet, floor mats and the door handle were stained with what I can only imagine was years of factory grime. He got all that out! And I don't even know what was lurking or living in the narrow crevices between the front seats and the arm rest...what ever inhibited that space is clean as a whistle!! I purchased Without a Mark LLC's services as a gift for my husband for Father's Day. The inside of his Ford Escape hybrid was filthy!!
