I called to have it fixed and I was told they would call me back because the tint guy was not in. I had to call back after a few days as I did not receive a call. I was told that he had no information to call me back. He said they had been busy. Maybe because it was a replacement or fix and not a money job. I got quoted for approximately $179 for interior detailing when I dropped the car off at 8am the day of the appointment About 20 minutes later I get a call from the manager telling me that the car is so dirty that they'll have to quote me $200+ instead. I said okay. They told me the car would be ready by noon. I went to pick it up at around 3pm. I never got a call back to tell me the car was ready. I inspected the car and I could still see there were a couple of visible stains on the front seats and I was hoping they would be able to clean them off. There are also still visible specs of lint and other materials that a vacuum could easily pick up. They told me they tried everything.and due to the age of the car that's all they could do. When I went home, I was able to clean those stains off the seats with mild cleaning product and a mildly abrasive sponge. This is something that could've been done and expected to be done during the detailing. Although the cleaning was a marked improvement from the way the car interior looked, I think a little more elbow grease and a few extra minute could have been used. Mildly disappointed for the price/value I paid, and the quality I expected.
