I can't speak to the detailing work, although I'm sure it's wonderful! But I was in the need for a detailing and booked with A&R detailing. I never got confirmation for my appointment so I called a few different numbers I could find the morning off to try to get confirmation. after not hearing anything from the first two numbers I called, I got a call back from the third one pretty quickly. I didn't get the gentleman's name (looks like it may be Anthony) but he asked my name and where I booked and when I told him, he told me there was another A&R detailing (Alexandra and Roy, who was in fact who I tried to book with) in the Detroit area that had taken the same name as him and recently moved to Florida, although they still appear to be in Michigan. He said he (understandably) wouldn't be able to book me that day, but would love to help me out soon. I wish in the need for a quick cleaning as I am leaving on vacation before he was able to get me in and my car had a bad odor I needed to get rid of. He was nice enough to recommend some products that he uses to me and even sent me pictures of them. I wasn't able to find the exact items as I was in a rush and they were a little less accessible in a pinch. But it showed me the type of stuff I needed. I got some products and was able to get the smell out of my car before my road trip! I really appreciated him taking the time to recommend products to me and even send me pictures. OK, I *have* to give A&R Auto Detailers (Anthony and Rachel) five stars. How could I not, BECAUSE: 1. He returned my urgent call on a holiday! 2. He squeezed me into his schedule the next day. 3. My urgent situation was red wine barf all over my passenger seat (even in door jam, seat belt, etc.) 4. He arrived on time and couldn't have been more friendly. 5. He did items for me ABOVE & BEYOND what I asked him to do, and didn't charge a dime extra (not sure he'll do that every time, but I had to mention it!) 6. His price was so very fair I feel bad I didn't pay him more. 7. When he finished, my car interior looked like new! Yes, I said red wine! He'll do polish/buff of headlights for only $25! Anthony provided a really great service, going above and beyond expectations. As somebody who has never had his car detailed, I didn't exactly know what to expect, and I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail. It really did seem like a brand-new vehicle after he was done. For reference, he detailed my Ford Ecosport, inside and out. All of this for a very reasonable price, considering all the work that was done. Really appreciated the flexibility of coming to my home to administer the services, and was extremely friendly and personable, and willing to answer any questions I had. I am an absolute clean freak and couldn't be more pleased with the service. We spilled fertilizer a week ago in our car and it stunk! It managed to get into every crevice under seats, even under the spare tire. These guys were unreal - the car is cleaner than when I drove it off the lot at the dealership.
