I've also had two routine service experiences, including this morning. Both the sales and service experiences were exemplary. I feel I got a fair deal on the purchase, and the purchase process was reasonably quick with minimal upselling. Both service visits went well, today I was in and out in under an hour for an oil and cabin filter change and tire rotation plus an annual state safety inspection. The waiting area is large, open and comfortable. I'm not usually a fan of dealership service depts, but Fred Anderson is quick and fair. Can't ask for much more.

All this deplorable company has done is cost me money I purchased a brand new 2025 Subaru forester from this deplorble business in October of 2025. Within a week I noticed that my Forester was severly scratched- swirl marks were all over my Forester. This was after the Xzilon coating was applied same day- sealing in any scratches. I informed Fred Anderson. Their response was to bring the forester back so they could "fix it". So I did. They had my Forester for about 1hr. This is not enough time to properly fix the paint or clear coat. When they brought my car back i informed the sales manager the scratches were all still on my car. To which he replied "the wind scratched you car. Then they took it back to detailing and had it maybe 30 min. When they brought it back, they parked my forester in the shade to make sure that the scratches could not be seen. Then when I called back to inform them that the scratches were all still there, the answer was to bring my car back, give me a loaner so they could fix it. They had my car a week and still DID NOT fix it. I did not findout until after the fact, that Fred Anderson hired a third party without my consent to "fix" my car. The third party did NOT do anything to my car but leave holo mrks where they "worked at" the paint (right front fender). Ryan has since refused to accept responsibility of the dealership. Over 10 cars have the same pattern at fred anderson as i leave this review. Multiple cars are severly scratched. Just to get the paint fixed on my car $3,199. I paid for the Xzilon $338.25 plus the rental that was over $250 while my car was in the shop. Now i will be incuring even more charges to hold this deplorble business accountable in court! I did not take my brand new vehicle through a carwash and I did not use a bristle brush on it as I do not and have never owned one!

Well, having checked with our security company and soent hours having them test and reset the system, the thugs from Cale Rogers used *federal, state and locally illegal wifi jammers, trying to take our wifi thus security cameras AND ability to call 911 off line - which is why these devices are entirely illegal. My child was home alone and these folks entered the garage and were attempting to gain entry to the house when the german shepard arrived. My daughter was outside trapped on a balcony, terrified and unable to call 911, and these deplorable thieves were coming in! Luckily we dont use the standard , commonly used systems these jammers work perfectly on- and were able to get not only voices but the exact lapse in time (they kept our wifi dysfunctional for over 16 minutes however their voices, screen shots and, if you look at the video, an exact id of the big bubba reflected in the window when the dog was coming at him and he left. So first of all if you are having trouble but aren't one of their good ol boys or church members, go somewhere honest where they care about all customers, not just their cliques and repeat suckers. But first and foremost, in a hard time the last thing want is breaking and entry, burglary traumatized child unable to get help, and well.... Why would yougo in someone's house when they arent home? Robbery. Also in the event same happens to you please be aware the chain of command requires you to first report to the fbi and fcc,, it will be time consuming but worth it! Oh and they took five epipens i carry for life threatening allergies. At a going rate of $700 per dose they owe me far more than i owe them.

He basically laughed at me (weird way to treat someone who is offering you business) and said that no one would be interested in the car due to the very minor cosmetic damage that I had not yet finished describing. Total jerk. Turns out the joke was on him, someone else DID want the car and we sold it (for a great price) the day after I spoke with him on the phone! Maybe I caught him in a bad mood, who knows-but I would never give my business or really any time at all to someone like that.
