After four months the battery that was replaced part of that 2700 stop working! This place is a freaking nightmare. They fired Brandon which honestly good for them as he was full of excuses and now have new head technician. They even changed policy because of my jaguar, since they didn't do full diagnostic before they let it go, actually making it WORSE and wasting money but they no longer will allow that which positive outcome. They have a 4hr- 6hr diagnostic for a warranty battery replacement to check if it works or not which is ridiculous but drove out there and let them have the battery for 24hrs because we live hour and half away and couldn't wait that long out there and they know we were leaving to different state TODAY yet here we are. Now we had to call a sale rep to even get the update about the battery because the new front desk lady knows nothing and offers honestly no help. $500 for a faulty battery, all they tell us is they don't have enough technicians reason why no one contacts us! Instead of finding any solution they make us run around in circles, don't go here! Fact they only messaged after we called multiple times today is terrible, I understand being busy but this is ridiculous. read more

there service dept. is the worst , I purchased and car from them there was shavings in the transmission , which should have been checked. the clutch was so messed up it wouldn't go into reverse. If you are going here for the service center this review may be helpful. My husband and I have been using their service center for about 8 years and in the last few years we opt for foreign auto shops to do all non-Landrover specific work done. That means anything non-electrical. And the reason being that Landrover charges wayyy more for the same exact same part and their labor rates are higher, which we used to think was justified because the mechanics were experts with these complicated cars. Not so. We were once given an estimate for repairs and ended up with a bill double the cost. The mechanics had to learn how to do this certain repair and we footed their education. But that is in the past. I wanted to review my experience today. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for an alignment and told the rep I would be there waiting with my two year old. I wanted to know when would work best for us. She said Wednesday at 8:30/9. We showed up this morning at 8:30 on the dot, they had our paperwork ready and waiting, there was one other customer there. At 10:15 they approached to tell me they had just gotten to my car. Let me have minute here to seriously fume. $@#%! At noon we were in the car heading home. It took them 3 1/2 hours to align my car even after I made an appointment. And shame on me for getting frustrated because they have disregarded my husband's time whenever he has gone in too. Let me start with saying I am a professional looker. When I started shopping for a new vehicle 3 years ago, I had all intentions of purchasing. Nothing felt right with the vehicle or with the person that was helping me. Yesterday I walked into this Range Rover location and met Rachel Promraning. My first impression of her is that she was confident in her product and she knew the answer to every question I or my boyfriend had about each car she showed us. I bought two cars from them. On the second car I ordered from them which came from another dealer, the salesman snookered me and gave me a car without the electronics I thought it had. I should have asked for and read thoroughly the components of the car, however, I trusted the salesman. By the time I got used to the car I found the electronic components I wanted just not there or Range Rover left them out during their construction. Shame on me for trust. This place used to be the place to come for service and cars. I had service done on my breaks and air shocks. My car came out with more problems than it had going in to fix after I paid them $5,000 to fix. Now I am back and I'm two days of waiting they still have not got it in the shop! I asked a salesman to check on two cars that I was interested in buying for my wife and son. Guess what no call back and took the day off. I have purchased several Land Rover and 1 Jaguar from the dealership over the years. I am slightly concerned as I tried to contact the service manager Kyle only to find out he's no longer with them all of a sudden. There sadly seems to be a pattern occurring their as their GM Todd, sales manager Brent and now Kyle have all left. The store seemed to run at its best over our last purchase and the whole purchase was the best. Maybe they are under new management, but they are still rip offs. Had a shifting problem with my Range Rover Sport. Took it to a couple of transmission shops but they could diagnose the problem and suggested I take it to this dealership since they were the "experts". After looking it all over, they said that I needed a completely new transmission - $8800.00. I went home to think about it and got a call from Tom, at Jack Smith's transmission. He asked if I had changed a tire recently. I had and he told me that the problem might be that I needed new tires. I took the car to NTB, got a new set of Michelins(for 525.00 cheaper than the Rover dealership, btw) and the problem went away. So much for the "experts". Run far and run fast from these rip off artists!!! read more

Service Department Sucks! My Range Rover was in for service and I had a loaner vehicle. I return the loaner vehicle in perfect condition. I then get a call two days later saying the the window at a chip in it and I was responsible. I explained that it did not have a chip in the window when I returned it. They choose not to inspect the car when I returned it however they now want to say I caused the damage. If I caused it, I would gladly get it fixed or replaced as most insurances will cover windshields with no problem at all. They however said I caused it and therefore I was no longer allowed a loaner vehicle when I brought my car in for service. Well that's no problem because I would never bring my car there for service again. It blows my mind a dealership of this brand would lose a customer over a windshield chip/crack whatever. This is something they can get fixed very easily and probably be covered by their insurance but instead they choose to lose a customer instead of just accepting the crack and moving forward. This also affects their amazing sales person Angie. She is great and sold me my Range Rover and I will be buying another one within a year except I will not give my business to them. read more
