MARK KAYE-- Thank you! I cannot recommend Mark enough. He genuinely cares about people! Mark helped me when I was in a real bind-- the mechanics at K&W returned the car on E. (Nobody's fault!) Anyways, I would have been stranded with no way to get home-- 60 miles away-- without his help. Mark was the only team member there who went above and offered to help me get $20 in gas from a nearby station w/ a private pump for employees. Well I bought a car there on June 20, tomorrow is August 1 and I'm still having problems with the dealership. My sales person was great but beyond that someone made repetitive mistakes as follows: 1. Put the wrong cents per mile for mileage overage on the lease paperwork and it had to be completely redone the day after I took possession, 2. The car I purchased was a certified preowned 2018 Carrera S. The spec sheet and the advertisements all indicated it had a Porsche roof support system. When I asked about it the dealer said they never got it. It took escalation to Porsche USA management to have the roof system materialize three weeks later. 3. Found a second mistake on the lease paperwork two weeks after I took possession. The odometer reading on the lease paperwork was 1000 miles more than It actually was when I picked it up. 4. The lease paperwork wasn't filed with Porsche financial services (PFS) until after my first payment was due. The dealership asked me to send them a check and they would get it applied to PFS in time. 8 days after they cashed the check, the payment has still not been applied to my PFS account. I have spent hours on the phone trying to deal with all these issues and it's not over yet. Confident that no one at the dealer will read this lol. I think this as my first one star review and it's well deserved. read more

This dealership Porsche repair was great! My Macan's coolant vessel have cracked While I was traveling to Asheville on business. While there was a 3 to 4 day wait for a service appointment, Zak was very sensitive to my knees to get back on the road as soon as possible. I guess that's unusual thing for the vessel to rupture, so they did not have the part in storage. Zach did his best to order the part for expedited delivery. He did an excellent job of communicating with me about the progress of the delivery and repair. To my delight my car was ready in two days and I was able to get back to my business without too much delay. I can't thank Zak enough for helping me through a very tough time. I can't speak to the other service advisors at Porsche of Ashburn but Zack asked to be the best in my book! read more

i bought an extended warranty for my porsche macan and sold it after 4 years so i was entitled to a prorated refund for the warranty still left. the car still had about 1.5 yrs warranty left on it when we got it so we bought a extended to go into use after the original was out. when we contacted the dealership about our refund we was told it wasnt in effect any more because they started the extended warranty at the time of purchase even though there was 1.5 yrs still left on the original one. i can only imagine what would have happened if the car needed extensive repairs and i was told the warranty wasnt good any longer. it was such a rip off and the financial guy lied to us so bad or the guy is lying to us now to avoid paying us our refund! either way.....***do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership unless you want ripped off**** you have been warned read more

Had my Car Scheduled for Service in the early morning. They are about 35 min away. Finally got to my appointment and everything looked closed. Hardly even any Porsche's for sale. I thought what the heck..?? Drove around the Bldg twice and didn't see the area to drop off the car.. then I seen a few customers in their cars. They were frustrated as I was. Apparently the Porsche dealer lost power the night before. They "The Dealership" decided to not call all the customers who had appoinents. So we drove down there and everything was closed. Finally I went thru some door that was open and one of the service managers was there sitting in his chair. Told me they lost power and they could do nothing. My Major complaint with this silly st... guys is why did no one call the customer. I had even scheduled the day off from work. No phones? Bad excuse! The customer is why they are there. No customer.. No Porsche dealership! Word is this particular dealership has been plagued with issues for years. So with that said... Never again! There are plenary other places to take my Porsche and sadly this Asheville dealership is not one! read more

Want absolutely terrible service and rude service advisors? Have your Porsche serviced here. They will take advantage of the elderly and charge them absurd prices to fix things, but never fix the problem after thousands of dollars spent. They will even put your grandparent's in a car that still continues to over heat and puts their safety in danger. After buying several new cars from Harmony Motors this will be the last time we ever spend money with this dealership. If you deal with them, make sure you have an attorney on stand by. read more

Went in for an oil change. When they gave me the car back, it wouldn't start. Battery was dead. Explanation? An employee left the key in on position while they washed the car. If you have a choice, don't use them. read more

2nd time getting my car serviced. My first experience was not great, due to special circumstance of the service request, however the 2nd time around was wonderful. I had my annual service scheduled 4 weeks in advanced (yes one tech, long wait) however they were able to take care of all of my requests and exceed expectations. Zac is on the ball, very responsive in keeping me in the loop. They have also started detailing service and did an amazing job inside and out. They helped restore my old 2007 paint work and brought the leather back. read more

Moved from Austin Tx. This was my first visit to Asheville Porsche dealer. Took my car in for 4 year major maintanance and recall for passenger air bag sensor. Service was very good I feel. Scheduling the appointment and loaner car was easy - had to wait two weeks - no big deal. Took off one star for need to communicate better. Usually the service writer fully explains what was done. I have only a vague idea of the maintance work done. I specially asked for battery to be checked as it is almost 5 years old. Was never told results - I assume it is OK or they would have been happy to replace the battery and charge me more I'm certain. Also took off one star because the dealer does not have courtesy roadside assist - probably should have taken off 2 stars for this but I'm feeling generous. A quality dealer/dealership owner would understand the importance of demonstrating they value their clients by offering roadside assist, if anything, for clients to feel secure in knowing help is nearby quickly and easily if they have problems with their Porsche. The cars are plenty expensive for the dealership to be able to afford this service for thier clients. At this price point it is EXPECTED! read more

Well...God awful experience because I couldn't even take my car there for a simple service. The gal I spoke with on the phone, no fault of her's said they only have one technician and that I would need to wait over a month for a simple oil change/service. Seriously? What's the matter with this dealership if they only have one service technician? That tells me something about the dealership as a whole. So with that said, I cancelled my appointment and am taking it to someone else who can service my car and fast. Sad, but not unbelievable. I'm brand new to N. Carolina, and i guess this is how they operate? Where i came from the Porsche dealership is way over the top and I would have had my car in by next week at the latest with a full staff. So this tells me something about the asheville Porsche dealership. I wouldn't even purchase a car from this place. And for service, I found a perfect Porsche shop to do all the work on my car. I welcome the dealership for comment. I seriously don't understand it. Does not make any business scene at all. read more

Great service staff. Road tripping from jersey to Florida when boxster went into limp mode. They got us right in and fixed the problem, saving my trip. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and mechanic's repair. read more
