Just a quick disclosure: It's been *years* since I've needed the assistance of Integrity Pest Management. I can recall that they were very friendly and informative over the phone, and that they were quick to come over to the house to take care of our issues. I don't remember how much was paid that many years ago, but the cost was worth their time and effort in dealing with our pest problem. Fast forward to today: I'm visiting my mom and noticed some things in her house that were concerning. I called Integrity Pest Management and spoke to Ms. Lindsey. She's a doll, and we had a very pleasant and well-informed conversation. She mentioned that for the issue at hand, there were one-time visit vs. quarterly visit options. For me, the pricing of those options were very reasonable, and I would have booked them again. I was told that payment could either be cash up front or a card can be put on file. My mom had other ideas, so I couldn't go on with choosing said options. Ms. Lindsey was patient, understanding, professional, and I learned a few things (that I honestly wish I never knew, lol) from her that will help in going forward with caring for my mom's house. We had mice in our house along with a lot of different bugs like Beatles and ants and black widows. We requested the service and it was done at a good price. They got rid of all of them in no time and we haven't had them since their first visit. They do come every 3 months as well to make sure they don't come back I'm so glad we went with Integrity Pest. Their customer service is unmatched and they treated all of the ant hills in the front and back yard of my property for just an extra $10 dollars which is good value to me. So we have been using integrity pest management for over a year. Every time they come out it seems like they do a half ass job. The wife has had them come back numerous times because they haven't done their job right. We have a ton of red ants, scorpions, stink bugs and mice. I understand stand some things are out of control but this has gone on too long. We pay almost $100 each time and they are here for only 10 mins. We still have all the bugs and mice. Way over valued for their services. We will be looking for another pest control place. read more

We have been using this company for years to prevent weeds on our acre. We are so happy not to have to do the back-breaking work of pulling weeds all spring, summer and fall. Unless the weather (snow, wind) prevents them from spraying, they show up when scheduled, the technicians are polite, professional and thorough. If they can't come, the front desk people promptly call and reschedule. I have and will continue to recommend this company to friends and neighbors although most of my neighbors already use them. read more

We started with quarterly pest service a year or so after moving into our home in Fallon. We had an ant problem, all in the kitchen cupboards and pantry. We had them come out, they sprayed and baited the house for ants. It took about a week for the ants to finally go away. The bait kills the hive so takes a little bit. Since then we have them come out quarterly. They spray inside and out and knock down any wasps nests. If we have any issues pop up before our next spray we can just call and they will come out. The technicians we have had are great! Friendly, courteous and great customer service. The office staff is also friendly and call before next service. read more

Integrity is certainly not what this company believes in. We had them come spray for weeds and bees. They failed! They had to come back out to redo the spraying and it didn't work for the bees! We even took pics of the bee hive that showed up less than a week after they sprayed. They didn't respond to our text or try to come fix it. Of course they want their money. We told them we'll pay but they are to close our account. Every secretary we've spoken to have been extremely rude!! Stay away from this company! read more

They sent a young man on Wednesday and he did a half ass job. Was supposed to come back and spray outside but we weren't home so I really don't know if he did. Well 2 days later the ants are back in our kitchen. We called and they can't fix the problem for another week. I know right now they are busy but you fix the problem you did not fix before. Anthony came and did my quarterly spraying for pests. He was very attentive and listen to my concerns about spider eggs hatching. He took extra time and care to cover all areas I was concerned with. He used is stronger pesticide inside the house with my approval. We do not have children or pets and that was a concern of his with the stronger chemical. So far so good and it's been a couple weeks. They did our home inspection a couple months ago and we were very happy with them therefore we decided to stick with them. I highly recommend them. Integrity? Definitely not. They came and sprayed when I wasn't home and it turns out, they did less than half of what was supposed to be done, and charged full price. No one bothered to call me and explain anything to me, they saw someone new to the area and didn't know how bad the weeds were. They fed me some BS about how if I spray this I won't have any weeds, yada yada. My yard is covered in weeds. Turns out they couldn't do 3/4 of it because of fruit trees. I called the office after receiving the bill, they told me they would speak to a manager and call me right back with options. Do you think I ever heard from them? Nope? And now they are threatening with collections? I'll be seeking legal counsel shortly. read more

I'm very satisfied IPM. Every summer I have problems with pesky, little black ants and spider's. Occasionally I may find some of these critters a week or two after my quarterly spraying but a call to the office sends a technician, and they are always on time. The technicians are great, but I'm a little disappointed at the front office scheduling. They aren't as accommodating for working families. The gals get snippy with you if you can't take the time they are in your area. When I was told they'd call me back the following week to schedule, they didn't follow through. After over a year of service I had to look elsewhere. read more
