By the afternoon, Nikki and her team member were at the office, had assessed the situation, and instituted a plan that got the job done! They were back two days later (over the holidays, no less) to retrieve the unfortunate critter. Ongoing communication was excellent. They followed up with additional inspection visits and confirmed that the situation was mitigated, and reached out several times afterwards to make sure that there was no more activity in the attic. Their service was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring -- these are professionals that take pride in what they do and a great service to our community. Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.

I can recall that they were very friendly and informative over the phone, and that they were quick to come over to the house to take care of our issues. I don't remember how much was paid that many years ago, but the cost was worth their time and effort in dealing with our pest problem. Fast forward to today: I'm visiting my mom and noticed some things in her house that were concerning. I called Integrity Pest Management and spoke to Ms. Lindsey. She's a doll, and we had a very pleasant and well-informed conversation. She mentioned that for the issue at hand, there were one-time visit vs. quarterly visit options. For me, the pricing of those options were very reasonable, and I would have booked them again. I was told that payment could either be cash up front or a card can be put on file. My mom had other ideas, so I couldn't go on with choosing said options. Ms. Lindsey was patient, understanding, professional, and I learned a few things (that I honestly wish I never knew, lol) from her that will help in going forward with caring for my mom's house. Should my mom change her mind about things, I will *for sure* be calling Integrity Pest Management!

When we switched to a pest control company that was actually competent, the first thing they said is "Whoa, you have so many ants around your house, we need to spray for those." I said that it had just been sprayed by another pest control company (this one) and they couldn't believe it. And then they actually sprayed the perimeter in a competent way. I called an made an appointment for a week from that day, when that…read moreday came around Michael was an hour late, I called to check and see what happened and he never remembered talking to me and couldnt find my paperwork, he took my address and name down again and when he finally showed up after having to re-arrange my whole day, I signed up for a quarterly spraying, when the next quarter came around he called the day before to reschedule because he double booked himself, that was fine we rescheduled for 11am when it was originally 6am. Next day comes and he is at my home waking us up at 6am, not remembering he rescheduled me. I no longer wanted services at this point and he came back next quarter un announced without scheduling a day or providing any contact and just left me a bill I am stuck paying for after I no longer wanted services. I will never stop telling people to stay away from this company!!
