They will charge you for all of their travel time to and from Reno even if they are on your street. I was charged for multiple times of travel which cost 7- 10 times the cost of the actual work performed. They will charge you a 350$ service charge on top of everything they perform. They will tell you that they have to come back the next day to complete the job and charge you the extra for that travel time and another service fee on top of their work. Also. they do not provide a clear breakdown of any work performed in the invoice or detail to perform work.

I'd never had to deal with this sort of an issue before and she reassured me that Welsco was the company to take care of my problem. Jay was the guy who came out. He was trustworthy and an excellent communicator. He didn't hesitate for a second to start digging and it was so hot outside that day. He fixed our cut wires, replaced our pump and had to add some piping and do some relocating of the pump due to the extent of the vandalism. WOW, What a relief; we have water!

Received a return phone call within minutes, a skilled tech within no time, and running water. Jay was diligent in making sure that every issue was resolved completely. There was plenty of issues at that! Thankfully we had another well not too far away that would be able to supply water to our household. I'm sure it was a daunting task for Jay to take on. Hazen is nothing but rock! Replacing multiple items, checking every inch for any issues, water testing and treatment of the well, and digging to bury the line. Jay was even kind enough to check back with us to ensure everything is still running smoothly. A month later and we haven't had one issue. Augie, Debbie, Jay, Zachary, and the whole company made this the greatest experience we could ask for. I would highly recommend them. It's very hard to find a company that is passionate about how important the service they offer is to the public. I'm only getting 2 oz flow per pump, where it was advertised at 4.5 oz. I'm convienced that the pump is defective and asked for them to send me a new one that I can replace when pulling the original. However when talking to the distributor, they indicated i would need to pull the pump and return for testing before receiving a replacement. It might be simple, but it's not very easy to get water to the surface on a 200' well. I would not recommend.
