He prepared a report and supplemental reports that same day! He was always easily reachable by phone and very kind, helpful, honest, careful, friendly, and conscientious. He was a lifesaver and saved me thousands of dollars - for sure, without him, in one year, I would have had a foundation that was falling apart because the grading of the land would have allowed water into the home and was aimed toward the home instead of away from it.
