They put a hole in my ceiling that they didn't acknowledge or offer to fix, forgot to pull a drain plug that caused the furnace to shut down and installed a defective thermostat and took three weeks to replace it. Jason Daniels, the owner, does not understand how the high efficiency unit works and could not get it to operate correctly with the wireless thermostat he installed. He admitted as much and then gave up trying to fix it. He screened my calls and would only answer his phone when I called from another number, then lied about when he was coming to work on the unit when I did get him on the phone. This went on for months. Icing on the cake: he never pulled a permit for the work, and refused to go down to the city to get one even after the permit office told him to do it. I finally had to hire another company to fix this brand new AC unit. Do not use JDS Heating and Air Conditioning.

A full year after they conned me to get paid, I am still highly dissatisfied with this…read more"professional" company. I paid $1300 for rock and plant removal in a flowerbed. They didn't even remove enough rock to expose the landscape fabric underneath. This company just covered it up with more landscape fabric and mulch. They saw an easy way to scam me out of money without having to do the work. They also killed an entire flowerbed of hostas that weren't to be touched. I cannot warn you about this company enough. Just use someone else, ANYONE else!
