Once they got a credit card number, they started billing my credit card monthly as well WITHOUT my permission to do so. When contacted about it, they said they found no evidence of double billing, even though I provided copies of the credit card and bank statements proving otherwise. I told them I didn't like either option and I'd just pay their call out fee of $84. I went out to look at the unit again and found a 4" diameter of something (freon?) on the pad.
