I spoke with one of the sales people in the Sam's club about getting a walk-in-tub for my Mom. She had been talking about for some time but didn't think she could afford. Knowing that she needed it I was able to have Four Seasons come out and speak with us about what it would take to have done. It was the best decision I have made for her well being. The rep came out and explained all details and was able to make it affordable for her. The installation went smooth. I was worried that she would not have a bathroom for weeks but they assured that it wouldn't be the case. They were right thanks to Eric their install manager. I was looking for a quote for re-siding my home, getting bids from area companies. When trying to schedule an appointment for a Four Seasons sales person to come out the person scheduling (Elizabeth) was insistent that I have my husband there. I told her I was the sole decision maker on the project, and that with two children, one with special needs, having a sales call during the evenings or on a Saturday was not an option. She insisted that it was company policy to have both homeowners present for a sales call in order to generate a quote. Charged my elderly mother in law $7500 to install a $1500 walk in shower. Didn't even finish the drywall. Didn't even paint! The wall they built has no studs, just. Didn't even clean up their Good Stuff Foam in the basement. THEN they charged her $42000 to install a sunroom with no windows and no insulation. Again, no paint, terrible finish work. We had Four Seasons out to give a quote on new windows based on a recommendation and "deal" for Tobin Family Homeshow listeners. What could have been a half hour/45 minute presentation turned into 2 1/2 hours. The salesperson wasn't aware of the "deal" and asked what it was. We asked him to work up the quote before we provided him the deal and he said he couldn't do that. We reluctantly gave him the deal - Triple pane for the price of double, free installation, 24 mo same as cash. The quote he came up with would have made those double pane windows more expensive Marvin triple pane glass. The entire interaction made me lose my faith in Toby and Mark's show as well as any respect for this company. read more

However I did feel undue pressure to leave a review based solely on the consultation. With him going so far as touching my phone screen to select the level of stars for me. He also used the R slur in conversation and when talking about another company and the tragic death of their former owner He said it happened in "crack town" which is an area adjacent to my own neighborhood. read more

I somehow made a mistake that resulted in them constantly calling me before I finally got them to understand that I was not interested. To be clear, my name was sold, I had never reached out to them. Requested three bids from reputable companies for a project. I chose Four Seasons as one of those companies due to Toby Tobin's recommendation on his Saturday radio show. The Four Season Rep. arrived at the home, took some measurement, and then sat me down for a PowerPoint presentation and sample of the window recommended for my project. The project was very straightforward: purchase a window, frame the opening, install the window, insulate and waterproof, finish trim the exterior. The window location in the unfinished fourth basement bedroom was noted in the original plans for the home with no utilities affecting the projects. The estimate presented for the one window project was ~$7700 or ~$6800 after current discounts. I requested a project breakdown for labor, window and other materials to determine the, seemingly, high cost of the one window project. That request was denied with the Rep. stating all pricing is at the total project cost only. After the Rep. left my home, I researched the one window suggested noting the suggested price was ~$700 and that with permitting, trim materials, labor should result in a total project cost well under $2000. In support of this research, the next estimate came in at $2100 from the second company. Unsure if this horrendous attempt at price gouging should be assigned to Four Seasons or perhaps a "rogue" Rep's attempt to pad his commission check significantly, I will simply never recommend or use Four Seasons for any future projects. read more

This whole story starts about a month ago - in Dec 2023. Two weeks before Christmas. Busy time of year for everyone. I had decided it was time to remodel my master bathroom. I had a contractor scheduled to come out and give me a bid on the work in a few days, and went to the local Big Orange Box home improvement store to get some ideas. A gentleman who was wandering up and down the kitchen and bath aisles approached me and said he works for Four Seasons Kitchen & Bath and asked if I was in the market for a bathroom remodel. I said yes, and he hyped his company and asked if they could come give me a free estimate. I told him I already had a contractor scheduled to come out and do an estimate, but if they could make the appointment the following week, I would hear them out. He called the office and put me on the phone with someone who scheduled an appointment the following Wednesday. Ok, cool. I continued with my shopping. Monday morning, I receive a phone call from Four Seasons. The lady says she got my number from the gentleman at the Store, and was calling to schedule an appointment for a representative to come and look at my project. I told her about the already-scheduled appointment. She said there was no appointment in their calendar and that the soonest they could get someone out would be at least another week. I told her that if they couldn't have someone there on the date we had already agreed to, they shouldn't bother at all. She put me on hold for a couple minutes, then came back and said someone would be there on Wednesday, as previously scheduled. On Tuesday afternoon, my other contractor comes by, looks it over, and gives me his estimate, which seems very fair. I agreed to work with him. It was late in the day, so I made a note to call Four Seasons first thing in the morning to cancel the appointment. Wednesday morning, I called Four Seasons and canceled the appointment. I was up-front with them and told them I had selected another contractor and that their services were no longer needed. They asked me to keep them in mind for future work. All good. Until... just after the New Year, I start getting calls from Four Seasons. Sometimes 4 times per day. Never left a message, but caller ID told me it was them. Today, January 22, 2024, I get another call from Four Seasons. I wasn't busy or in a meeting, so I answered. The guy wants to know if I have moved forward on my bathroom remodel. I told him I had. I had selected another contractor and was working with him. He rattled off his spiel about how they offer all kinds or remodeling services, and would be happy to help with anything I would like and could setup an appointment to review any other plans I have in mind. I told him thanks, and asked if I could make a suggestion. "Sure," he says. I got about half-way through telling him they shouldn't harass potential customers with 3-4 phone calls per day and instead should simply leave a voicemail when he interrupted with a lot of attitude about how I could take out my daily frustrations on someone else and "have a nice day", then hung up on me. I was offering constructive criticism. Most people consider the constant no message calls to be annoying. It causes people to not want to talk to you - ever. He decided to be an ass about it, so now I'm blasting him and his entire company here. It could have been friendly. I might have contacted them in a few months for one of several other remodeling projects I have slated for the next year. But not now. His attitude told me exactly who he is, and by that, who this company is. Bad Attitude. I guess I'll take my business (and $50k-ish of remodeling money) elsewhere. TL/DR: These people are sleazy salesman who want to get into your home and push their high-pressure sales bull$shit down your throat. Steer clear. Don't even give them your phone number. ...and to Four Seasons: I purposefully put enough details in here for you to figure out who I am and which of your high-pressure salespeople spent the last couple weeks calling me 3-4 times per day. Fire him. He's costing you tens of thousands in business. read more

My moms installation of vinyl siding began around August 1st 2019 it is now August 20th and it is still not completed, no phone calls , when we have called them we were told they had to order more product and hopefully it would be in by next week, well, It is now next week, no calls from four seasons ,they picked up the dumpster today, even though they are not finished ..when we called them about that they claimed someone would be here today to finish the job. No one has shown up and no one has called. Very poor customer service, the siding that is up looks good though. read more

I had them install 2 shower remodels, one leaked and caused water damage in my kitchen, they sent a guy out to repair the damage who stated that is all he does is go behind the installers and does repairs, he was soooooo busy it took several weeks to repair mine, the repair looks like crap!!! read more

Despite a strange experience with their sales person at Sam's Club I still decided to use the company to replace my door, as they had good reviews. Another sales person came to my house on 6/27/19 and I ordered the door with expectation that installation would be about 6 weeks after measurements were taken as it is a custom made door. On July 5, 19 I contacted the company because I had not yet been given a date that someone would be out to measure the door. I believe it was that day the person came out to take measurements. On August 1, 29 I contacted the company to ask about the status as I had not heard anything since the measurements were taken. I was told by the Project Manager that there was a production delay at the door manufacturer and he would contact them to get an ETA. I expected a return phone call with an update but did not receive one. On August 26, 19 I still had not received a call so I contacted the company again and spoke with the Project Manager who stated that manufacturer had not provided an ETA. I stated that I understand production delays but not the lack of communication. September 4, 19 was a repeat of conversation I had on 8/26 with an additional statement from me that my husband was beginning to feel we'd been scammed out of the $529 deposit we paid in June. September 10, 19 I contacted them and was told that the door was scheduled for delivery to their warehouse on September 13 with installation the following week. On September 18, 19 when I had no been contacted to schedule installation I called the Project Manager and left a voicemail message. My message stated my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and that I was considering calling the Problem Solvers for assistance. The next morning I received a call from the Project Manager stating there had been a "cancellation" and someone would be at my house that day (September 19). The man who installed the door was very friendly, worked efficiently, and completed the job professionally. He even installed the electronic door lock and replaced the missing springs on the storm door (both things purchased myself to save money). The next day, September 20, 19, the Project Manager contacted me via telephone to get an email address to send paperwork needed by company to receive payment. The amount on the paperwork did not reflect the $529 paid in June. This was corrected after I brought it to the attention of the Project Manager. While the company waits for me to return the paperwork, I have received 3 phone calls from the Project Manager. I understand wanting payment for work, however I wish he had shown the same level of urgency in returning my calls and providing updates when there were delays. Overall, the work was good and the door is of great quality. However, I will not work with the company again nor recommend them to others because of lack to communication. read more

Four Seasons replace six windows on our house this summer. The salesman was pleasant and did a good job. He didn't quite understand their installation process, but when the installer came out to double check the window measurements he explained it to us. I was fairly happy with the job, except they were to replace some rotting boards around the windows. They missed several and we are still waiting for them to come out and finish the job, I wouldn't say they are a bad company, but like most contractors once they get paid very difficult to get them back out. read more

Sun rooms might be just fine, but over all the company has lousy integrity. One of their crew hit our vehicle and totalled it out. We bought it used, only had it one month and their insurance company will only pay $2,000 less than we just paid. So, due to their negligence we have to take a $2,000 loss. Employee didn't even tell his boss he hit us. Nothing special here folks, just another run of the mill construction company. read more

I bought my sunroom from Four Seasons and absolutely loved it. But I noticed the trim around the windows turning from white to yellow. I called Four Seasons and after 3 attempts they came and looked at it, said they had never seen that, took pictures and said they would get back to me after they contact the factory, that was November, 2017. I waited and finally I called in June of 2018, was told still waiting on factory, i called in Aug. 8 2018 was told still waiting on factory. They called me Aug. 13, 2018 and said they would call me back in 3 days, no call. I called Sept 18th, 2018 they said they would check and call me back later in the day, no call. So then they called my husband's cell to say they were going to repair it on Sept 19th. He called then on Oct 30th to ask about it and had to leave a message. No return calls. Installation of vinyl siding began in May 2019 when we were having rain almost every other day. As in all construction you will have some glitches. Entering our fourth week is when things took a turn. The remaining guttering was removed completely to complete the siding and for install of the new guttering the following day. However it didn't happen. The sub contractor in so the guttering was in a motorcycle accident that evening and was going to be out for a few days. Unfortunately rain was in the forecast for every day for the upcoming week. So my expectation was to have a backup do the install. Wrong. There was no plan B. After complaining they hired someone to install a few days later. The installation of the gutters was done in one day and the quality of work was good. However the contract was to remove and reinstall the Leaf Filter gutter guards which they did. Unfortunately they installed them upside down! The contractor came back out to correct the mistake but he wasn't happy. He started to argue that it was done correctly and that he would cost more to do what was being asked. Daryl said there would be no extra cost to me and said Four Seasons would resolve it between themselves. Last unresolved issue was the reinstall of the back porch lights including reimbursement of a broken light by the siding crew. Three weeks after paying for the job the lights have not been done. Mike was told when full payment was made to Mike. Reminder was made to Daryl and third time when someone dropped by to make sure all work had been done. So I spent $150 for a pair of lights and did it myself. Siding looks great, but had they followed up and did what they said they would do a higher rating would have been given. Instead I'm out $150. Had four windows put in last Aug '14. Enjoy the windows so far and installer was excellent. Didn't understand how to apply for the warranty. Everything was good until the billing. Took the 12-mo no interest option but getting interest charges anyway. Called Visa and they said application was for a special low interest rate, not no interest. Now it will take up to 60 days to see what the cc company decides. read more
