Being new to Colorado, and after suffering through the stress of my first winter tire blow out, I didn't know who to call. After reading the reviews about Integrity Towing, I have to say they earned every star. My misfortune struck late at night, so I was forced to leave my car downtown. When I called and scheduled pickup the following morning, they were able to accommodate my time frame, were fair in their pricing and estimates, and even offered to get the keys from my home so they could move my car for me. Additionally, from the get go, Robby was earning his reviews. He was very friendly, upbeat, on time, careful with my vehicle, and off to the tire store in no time at all. I cannot say enough excellent things about Robby Hale's Integrity Towing. Fantastic!! And, his company is very appropriately named :) (I do not work for Robby, I am a customer.) Long story short, my car needed towing to a shop several miles away from where it started smoking on I-25. Robby just happened to be nearby, as if we had planned it; most fortunate. I was so nervous, as I had so much to get done in Denver and couldn't believe my car had broken down; what was I going to do? Robby helped me feel much less stressed, was very honest, understanding, patient, considerate, competent and fun to work with; all the things you hope to find in someone you have to trust during an emergency. I had been broadsided by another vehicle last night and the ambulance took me directly to the hospital. I was released around midnight and had a taxi take me home. Early this morning I called two towing companies and the first one couldn't help me because he was working on his tow truck. Rob from Integrity answered my call right away and even though he couldn't get to me immediately because of other jobs going on, said to leave the keys with the impound lot (where it had been towed to after the accident) and I wouldn't have to wait there for his driver. This took a big weight off my mind as a friend had driven me there to pay the fees. My car was delivered to my home address within about an hour and the charge was reasonable. We called a company that we recently bought a car from, because the car leaked a significant amount of oil in our garage. The dealership called Integrity Towing. Within ten minutes, we got a call from Kenny, the driver with Integrity. Kenny said he would be at our house in about twenty minutes and arrived prior to the wstimated time. He appreciated my wife's concern for her recently purchased Mini Cooper, carefully removed it from the garage, and expertly loaded it on the flatbed. Kenny lived up to the company name, working with us, an my wife's car, with incredible integrity. When the need for a tow arrives, again, we will be calling Integrity. These folks at Integrity towing, Tina & Robby are the most incredibly professional, helpful, nice people! We were in a bind because A rental car agency rented us 2 rent-a-wrecks and we were not going to make our flights out of Denver. Great Customer Service - "Integrity" says it all. They were friendly and patient on the phone, the driver called to give me a time estimate and was right on the mark--which was 30 to 60 minutes earlier than the dispatcher's time estimate during a busy Friday rush hour (thanks!). My poor little car was treated with respect and the driver was friendly and professional. I've been taken advantage of by tow companies in the past, but not Integrity. Start off with calling them. It was amazing to be able to hear someone who spoke clear English and who also gave me options to make sure I could save some money if that was what I needed. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and helpful. I had them take a truck to the repair shop and bring one of my trucks back. Had to move our 1958 Chevy Impala from Denver to Northern suburb. Car did not run, Integrity did a wonderful job, courteous and helpful, were on time for scheduled time, no damage to vehicle and great price. Car was in garage with alley access they reminded me about low hanging branches in alley ahead of time which I was able to take care of. I didn't need the tow until the next day, but Robby offered to do it right away because he was already in the area. I had a car break down while on a job and Robby was able to get my car in to be repaired and found a place for my driver to stay while the repairs were being done and got it back on the road without loseing any time.or business. Great customer service! They called the body shop and arranged for payment and drop, one less thing for me to worry about during a stressful time. They maintained contact with me and waited patiently why I arranged for my rental car.
