Recently I see them parked, reclined, and watching videos on their phone taking up parking spaces that we already DO NOT have enough of. The security should be driving around the neighborhood during their shift, SECURING the premise. I understand they get breaks and what not I assume, like any job. But they will sit in their car for hours doing nothing. I know that whole time is not a break. This was not always a problem, they used to always drive around, seemingly doing their job. I don't know if new security was hired but the past month or two, they just sit in their car. I also have a question on why security is taking up our parking spots anyways? This also wasn't a problem before, no security was taking our spots during the day, at least on my street. But this past month or so, I only ever see security around at night, so why are their cars taking our spaces during the day? And at night time, unless their taking their 10 minute break or 30 minute lunch, they should be driving around. I see homeless people walking in here at least once a week, sometimes going through trash cans. I've had my neighbors park 6 cars in the shared driveway to our houses, blocking all our garages. And where was security? No where. Neighbors blocking all of our driveways is a fire hazard. If any of us that live here parked our car the way this security vehicle did, we'd get a sticky ass tow sticker on our car that are fucking impossible to get off. This car is the size of my thumb and can't park for shit.
