I was referred to Nima at Intellihome by my contact at ADT for a new DoorBird for my mom's house. After an attempted break-in, a more advanced security system was needed. Nick provided exceptional service and very fair quotes for an extensive project that involved installing smart shades, smart light switches, and A/V throughout the unit. I was initially set on a few brands of smart shades, but after talking we came to an option that drastically reduced the cost, and that no other contractor had mentioned.
