He is someone with the experience and instincts to really understand safety and that was very apparent in our conversations. He's not a salesman - he's a security expert who knows what you need and is honest and direct. He didn't try to upsell me on excessive unnecessary items like other companies. He asked about my goals and truly sought to understand exactly what I wanted before giving his suggestions. I asked tons of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. The best part about the experience was he could instantly tell I was shaken up from a previous incident and was so compassionate while still being direct. He talked to me about how to keep myself safe in case of another break-in given the layout of the new house and improve overall house safety in other ways. He even noticed the doors weren't installed correctly and missing tiny parts that make a door super easy to kick in. You don't always get more bang for your buck and it's definitely much more expensive than a DIY Google Nest self install, but I will sleep better at night knowing I got the true expert advice I needed to keep myself and my home safe.
