Came here at 3pm and the salon was empty. I had a pedicure and a dip manicure, both of which were not to my satisfaction. Susan, who did both of my things, has minimal English so it was very hard to communicate with her about what I wanted. The pedicure didn't even last a week and already chipped. For my dip manicure, she did not prep my nails or trim my cuticles. She just proceeded to dipping my nails into the color. Again, less than a week later and my nails too, have started chipping. The whole experience was just awkward and not good. Someone's daughter was in the salon (I assume maybe the owners) and all I could hear was random TikTok videos being blasted. Was uncomfortable and hard to relax. After spending $95, my advice is do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I just want to say that when it was time for my manicure, there was nail dust from another client all over the area. The owner randomly took out instruments from somewhere to do my manicure. There were bits and pieces of someone's nails on the station table. Also all of their nail polishes are expired. The one she used for my pedicure never dried! It was still wet the next day! Came here on a Wednesday morning to try a nail place closer to me instead of my usual sport further away. Called in advance and was told $40 for dip powder. I was the only person in there the entire time. Not many dip colors to choose from. She did an ok job on the nails, but they chipped the next day, and all flaked off by Sunday. And she charged me $45 when I went to pay, and when I asked about the extra $5, she told me they charge $5 to soak off. I wouldn't mind spending $45 for dip powder if my nails lasted as long as they usually do (2-3 weeks). Don't make the same mistake as me by coming here for dip powder. Maybe they are better at other types of nails, but dip powder is definitely not their strong suit. read more

This place was awful. I've literally never had a mani/pedi worth complaining about until now. When I asked her to reduce the heat of the foot bath so I could actually put my feet in without pain, she snarked at me and called me "goldilocks". I laughed that off but when she started ripping my cuticles off rather than cutting them, I was done. My cuticles took a week to heal. Not ok! read more

I have never had a bad experience here. The interior is a little dated and shabby and I wish they would update as would help business tremendously! They alway accommodate walkins and you cant beat their early week prices. My friend and I went in one day after work for a mani/pedi and had a horrible experience. My mani was chipping the next day and by day 4, half the polish was gone. The pedi also began chipping just a few days after the appointment. Additionally, I found the staff to be quite rude. When I asked the woman doing my nails to round the tips a bit more than she had, she refused and fought with me, telling me that they were all even and fine as they were (they were not). She also put polish on haphazardly and messed up the tips on my french manicure. My friend had a similar experience with the quality of her gel manicure. The polish was in her nail beds and applied unevenly and she had to get it redone a few days later. Would definitely not recommend this place. read more
