We worked with Ayana Esquivel on a very short and concentrated closing date. She handled all the paperwork, even coming over to our residence to sign/initial the papers and notarize any forms that required it. Because of the quick escrow, everything had to be expedited quickly and also because of a slight delay in closing due to an unexpected repair, additional forms needed to be processed.
