They are open seven days a week. I suppose since its Vegas they try to accommodate the population dedicated to the hospitality & gambling industry in a city that is open 24 hours a day. The therapist work very hard and do their best but I think sometimes they are over-worked. I would like to see more goals on paper than on a day-by-day/week by week basis and more "homework" assigned to meet measurable goals. But I think due to a massive revolving door of clients it creates an overload for the already over-worked staff (my opinion only). And I only say this because some of our therapist tend to forget certain requests or worksheets. The policies here are terrible. If you're sick the day of your appointment and can't make it you are charged $10 or you must bring in a doctor's note. Ridiculous. They have lots of reserved parking in front of the building and a very friendly accommodating staff which unfortunately has to hear the complaints due to their unaccommodating policies.

If you…read morehave an emergency, you're only allowed to have two of them within a three month period because otherwise you get kicked out of the program and have to be on call for 2 or 3 months until they will allow you to be on a schedule again. Meanwhile, their therapists are allowed to cancel last minute as many times as they want. You aren't allowed to cancel a piggyback appointment when one therapist counsels last minute. It's extremely unfair. I've been complaining to the scheduling department for a while now, and nothing has changed, so i'm going to start a petition to get the owners' attention.

He goes above and beyond in communication from planning ahead, to following up, and to even last minute changes. Hannah, my daughter is able to say and associate 15 words in only three months with just 2 visits a month. And ryan is super patient and extremely engaged with hannah. Even when my kid is cranky bcuz of lack of sleep or is just hungry. I'm so grateful for ryan and appreciate everything he has done so far

Then I spoke with Anna at Let's Talk, and she encouraged me to give the Let's Talk Southwest location a chance. I was hesitant, but her words and character truly made me feel like she believed in the therapists there and genuinely cared. I decided to bring my little one in, and from the very beginning, Anna and Erica at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and sweet. We then began therapy with Ms. Lindsey, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. Ms. Lindsey has worked diligently to truly learn and understand my son. She does not treat him in a cookie-cutter way. She acknowledges his individuality, uniqueness, and specific needs. She pays close attention to what works for him and what does not, and she treats him with genuine love, patience, and care. I have personally told these amazing individuals that they have brought tears of happiness to my eyes and joy to my heart seeing how much my baby's speech has improved, along with his ability to express himself and communicate more confidently. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough. Let's Talk Southwest is amazing, and I would recommend them 100 times over. The evaluation was done in a room with a lot of foot traffic. The outcome of the evaluation was…read morenot shared with me until i requested it. The written evaluation indicated that a home plan had been developed when, in fact, it hadn't. They avoided my questions regarding activities during sessions. I could hear my child crying during sessions but the staff was not able to tell me what activities they cried during; even when the staff brought my teary eyed child to me they didn't know why they were crying. We found a provider that is able to meet my child's specific needs and communicate with me.

Once a week they come to the house and once a week we take the kids there. The staff is just incredible. They take a personal interest in our boys and the boys really look forward to going there. For example, my boys are obsessed with superheros, so once a month, Clubhouse has a Superhero Day just for them where all the students (and even the staff) wear superhero costumes. Whatever it takes to make learning fun. My boys had speech and motor skill delays and it is so exciting to see the progress. We celebrate every milestone. I love and admire the Clubhouse staff. Thanks for everything that you have done (and have yet to do) for my boys.

My son looks forward to seeing her each week. I love that they use neurodiverse-affirming play-based therapy techniques, so the kids are active and engaged. My son is already making progress after only a short couple of months. The office staff is always very helpful and kind as well. So glad we were referred to this therapy center.

The staff at this location is amazing from the receptionist to the speech therapist that he sees. Even the owner did my sons evaluation, which makes me feel Even better that the owner is so involved in what is happening in her offices. This would definitely be a location. I would recommend to whoever needs help with speech therapy. They also do other therapies example is occupational therapy. Another good thing is at the office is always so neat and clean and I do like that when the children do go in the back, they have them sanitize before they start their therapies to keep all the germs away.

Wow! I really wish there were more reviews for TMG. They're AMAZING! We were paired up with them…read morethrough the Nevada Early Intervention program close to a year ago. Honestly, I wish I found them sooner. Kiddos age out of the program at age 3 and mine turns 3 in January. Anywho, Mark, Ayanna, and Myra have been a blessing. They're kind, patient, observant, and offer great advice. Because we were accepted into a program, they came to our house regularly but their office was very nice as we had to go there once for his initial assessment. It was very clean and inviting to families. If you're coming through the NV Early Intervention program, I highly recommend doing the assessment in office vs online. It's just my opinion but I feel like they get a better first assessment of your kiddo that way. Side note, they aren't limited to the program, you can walk in as a new patient and I think they take most insurances. (Don't quote me on that.) Mark was our speech therapist and today was our last session. Shortly after leaving my kiddo was crying for him to come back. That broke my heart but speaks volumes for how well he works with kiddos. Mark was always happy to answer questions and give thoughtful feedback during every session. I saw lots of progress from the time we started up until now. Ayanna is our developmental specialist and her advice and direction is worth its weight in gold. Lines of communication were always open and she even attended my kiddos meeting with CCSD to advocate for his eligibility in the Child Find program. She even got my kiddo into an 8 week play group at UNLV TWICE which really helped his interactions with other kids his age, adults that aren't family, and sharing. Myra was our occupational therapist. She was assigned just a couple months ago to help with eating concerns with my kiddo. I wish we had more time with her because this issue definitely needs more time and work. We got lots of great advice to move forward though. I'll definitely miss these folks. Their staff are some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals and therapists you will find. We received speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, in addition to working with a developmental specialist. They are very professional and reliable. We felt so supported and literally did not have a single complaint through out the several years we worked with them. Both of our children that received services through TMG made huge strides and met all of their goals. We grew to love each and every therapist and specialist that worked with our child. Having worked with other therapy providers in the city, I can confidently recommend TMG. We are so grateful to TMG for helping our children thrive and being apart of our journey!
