They are open seven days a week. I suppose since its Vegas they try to accommodate the population dedicated to the hospitality & gambling industry in a city that is open 24 hours a day. The therapist work very hard and do their best but I think sometimes they are over-worked. I would like to see more goals on paper than on a day-by-day/week by week basis and more "homework" assigned to meet measurable goals. But I think due to a massive revolving door of clients it creates an overload for the already over-worked staff (my opinion only). And I only say this because some of our therapist tend to forget certain requests or worksheets. The policies here are terrible. If you're sick the day of your appointment and can't make it you are charged $10 or you must bring in a doctor's note. Ridiculous. They have lots of reserved parking in front of the building and a very friendly accommodating staff which unfortunately has to hear the complaints due to their unaccommodating policies.

There is plenty of guest parking. The front desk and security staff are super friendly and upbeat. Eventually, they remembered my name and husband's room number, and asked about his progress and how I was doing, which was very nice. There is a huge physical therapy gym in the center of the building and they have plenty of equipment, training areas, and real-life application sections to use based on what limitations a patient may need to overcome and practice. During my husband's longest stay from early March through mid May, Patricia in Quality Assurance Management made sure that my husband's concerns were addressed and quickly resolved. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, getting all aspects of his care covered, and quickly fixed any issues that came up during his stay. We are truly thankful and grateful that she cared so much and used her resources to make sure my husband received the best care possible. When something went wrong, she made sure she followed through with fixing those issues and genuinely cared about getting him healthy enough to be safely discharged home. She regularly checked in with the both of us and consistently asked for feedback about the care he was receiving. Even after discharge, she gave us a call to make sure his transition home went smoothly. We were extremely impressed by the dialysis nurses Leila and Jam. They spent a lot of time with him every week and worked through some of the issues with his hemodialysis lines, where other nurses at the previous facilities he stayed at, simply didn't care enough to make the effort to work through those same issues. They answered all of his questions and were both so friendly. Nathan was the friendliest and most personable nephrology nurse practitioner. Since being discharged, we truly miss Leila, Jam, and Nathan. They are all so sweet and care so much for their patients. Dr. Farzin and Dr. Kong were my husband's main primary rehab doctors. They were excellent. Their bedside manner were always very pleasant and they always took the time to make sure they addressed any needs. They were upbeat, friendly, and always encouraged growth and forward progress at each visit. Alex was primarily my husband's main physical therapist - he was amazing! He always showed up with a smile and he pushed my husband to maximize his time there and try new physical activities to get him moving again. He had a wonderful balance of tough love, genuine concern, and encouragement to make progress at every session. He understood the importance of making the most out of every session to try to overcome a lot of the physical limitations an extended hospital stay had caused. My husband went from needing three CNAs to assist with most daily living activities to needing minimal assistance and doing most things himself. Alex regularly encouraged family training and stressed the importance of learning how to allow my husband to try to do things himself before offering up help. We have been able to take what we learned home with us in every way. We also want to thank a few of the physical therapy assistants: DJ, Matt, Matique, and Pia. They each helped Alex in their own way and offered a variety of assistance with my husband's care during his PT sessions. Although occupational therapy was generally less intense than physical therapy, the OTs at Encompass were top notch! They encouraged my husband to try different ways of helping himself and how to bring out his strengths to get through every day activities. They often offered a listening ear when he needed emotional support and encouraged him to continue getting better and stronger. A few of the best OTs were Tricia, Brooke, Elvio, and Kelly. At Encompass, the nurses and CNAs are instructed to allow their patients to try doing things themselves before helping them out. It's something that really stands out from other facilities. It's not for everyone, and some patients would get annoyed by it, but I loved the fact that they wouldn't just do - they would teach how to do instead. Most of the nurses and CNAs were able to give great insight on how to do something differently with some physical limitations. There were several nurses and CNAs that made my husband's stay more comfortable and took the time to teach him how to regain his independence in every possible way. The nurses that stood out were the following: Cielo, Ryan, Bobbie, Ivan, Dawn, Marlou, and Heather. The CNAs that were the most helpful and friendly were the following: Dee, Norbert, Gaby, Jill, Tracy, Francis, Sharmaine, and Tina. We just want to extend a big "thank you" to everyone at Encompass for getting my husband to safely return home after a very long journey of recovery. We are so appreciative of the excellent care he received while at Encompass.

Then I spoke with Anna at Let's Talk, and she encouraged me to give the Let's Talk Southwest location a chance. I was hesitant, but her words and character truly made me feel like she believed in the therapists there and genuinely cared. I decided to bring my little one in, and from the very beginning, Anna and Erica at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and sweet. We then began therapy with Ms. Lindsey, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. Ms. Lindsey has worked diligently to truly learn and understand my son. She does not treat him in a cookie-cutter way. She acknowledges his individuality, uniqueness, and specific needs. She pays close attention to what works for him and what does not, and she treats him with genuine love, patience, and care. I have personally told these amazing individuals that they have brought tears of happiness to my eyes and joy to my heart seeing how much my baby's speech has improved, along with his ability to express himself and communicate more confidently. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough. Let's Talk Southwest is amazing, and I would recommend them 100 times over. They genuinely believe in what they do, and it shows when you see your child progressing and achieving goals. I am so thankful Anna convinced me to try again. Thank you, Anna. Thank you, Erica. And Ms. Lindsey -- you are absolutely amazing. You serve these children with excellence, and you are truly gifted at what you do. Thank you all so much!

As this is out of our network for insurance, I inquired if needed some kind of email, letter, or whatnot to provide to my insurance of this I was told yes just to call back and notify them and they would be glad to help...NOT!! We went to Kelly Hawkins, as it is out of my insurances network, I gladly paid for the assessment and 6 sessions. Decided I would call back the ATI therapy, and thank them for referring us there and get the information I needed and said would be no problem to get, just exactly what they told me. That ATI is referring to Kelly Hawkins as ATI doesn't have facilities/therapists and now there's a problem. Was told ATIs leadership program has their representatives say they cannot give me a written statement regarding this. Why not ? They have no problem informing of this over phone. So asked to speak to supervisor and after being on hold for twenty minutes, someone comes back online and quickly hangs up on me. Now they have my number to call back, and of course they don't. So I look up the cooperate customer service number and call them and of course no one answered but was able to leave a voice mail. Now I know a lot of seniors that use ATI physical therapy and I'm grateful for them being honest and referring me to Kelly Hawkins. However, to not provide that in a statement so my insurance will cover out of network at Kelly Hawkins and hanging up on me is rude. I don't deal with people or places that aren't true to their word or mission. And if it's ATIs mission to help those in need of specialized therapy and help people regain their lives from disabilities or accidents, then why is it such a problem to get a written statement to this. And be rudely hung up on. I will write again tomorrow when I try to call the regional office and see if they help me. But so farwouldn't recommend anyone that is needing medical records or paperwork from them to go there. Seems like they dont care existing client or not. Yet they will tell you anything over the phone, just don't believe for them to prove it

I didn't think I'd look forward to my physical therapy session, but every single one had me coming out of it feeling a little bit better. Rebecca exudes professionalism and conducts herself in a way that made me feel especially welcome in the space. Her communication was outstanding and I always felt taken care of, even when things got busy. She feels like someone I'd trust with big responsibilities. Aura has a loud and lively personality. She is always keeping things interesting and brings a light-hearted mood to the usually grueling therapy process. She brings the fun. For a few of these patients, I'm pretty sure interacting with her is the hi-light of their day. Karli might have given me the best experience, though. Her gentle and relaxed demeanor would always put me at ease. But more importantly, Karli has demonstrated some incredible skills in this practice. Not only could she answer any of my questions with deep consideration and accuracy, but her ability to identify and work through problem areas in my arm was a testament to her years of experience. Every massage she provided revealed a stark and seemingly effortless expertise. It's like she could see right through my skin and work the muscles manually back into shape with her hands. I was often left impressed by her pure abilities and effective, matter-of-fact manner of problem solving. The bottom line is: they fixed my arm, and they did it with comfort and ease. If I ever get injured again, I know where to go.
