I have been emailing and calling Sam repeatedly for 3 months, begging him to let me know what I can do to remedy the request to the defendants bank so that I can collect my judgement. He has not answered his phone. He has not returned my voicemails. And he has not responded to emails. It seems that Sam has taken my $390 and run. Very upsetting and I plan to file a complaint with California's better business bureau. This is all incredibly disappointing and disturbing to feel taken advantage of by those whom you hire to support you in the Justice System.
