They advise me of the alternative options and even recommended a specific welding shop that could perform the job. Furthermore, they refunded me the original amount charged since they couldn't do the work! They even refunded the diagnostic fee! I have never received such exemplary customer service in my life. I could have been out almost $300 and then have to pay another $1000 for a new exhaust system. I will always revisit this place going forward for their honesty and sourcing out other options for me.
